Peej, you must introduce your kids to the joy of The Muppets. My 2nd and 3rd graders' favorite thing was to listen to the soundtrack from The Muppet Movie during free period. And there is nothing objectionable, although I'm hardpressed to remember anything bad in Christmas story. Of course, we all grew up with bbguns.
Lexy, We're at AS-Movies, you're at Music, right? We get in late on the 4th and head straight to MK, hopefully in time for our LTT reessies. But we miss most of the Christmas stuff. Oh the sacrifices I make for basketball(we leave after a doubleheader on Saturday). SPORTS TALK ALERTSpeaking of bball, how 'bout Thursday night? Our ladies blasted uk, such fun. But you prolly enjoyed last Sunday with the men a bit more(WKU 68 ul 54). END ALERT
Just ask my recycler about what I drink. It's usually 25 bags of Diet Coke cans, 3 or 4 Diet Mountain Dew cans and 12 Miller High Life cans. Hey, canned champagne of bottled beer!

Today.....hubby and I took the whole bed apart and took the storage cabinets under the water bed out......it was to dang high....megara had a hard time jumping up on them and I was scared that I would fall out.......so after the cabinets went ......hubby made another platform so the bed lays on it and it is a good height now......I feel better......so maybe tonight we all will sleep.....sure is different after all these years in a water bed....

we had a dusting of snow......not enough to get excited about..(well you all know that I hate snow) .....a dusting is all that is necessary.

UM you are as cute as a button......thanks for letting us see your dress.

Okay, so I finally figured out how to post some of the pictures from the shoot. I cannot, however, get them to resize. I guess you take what you can get. bbn, you might want to load these and then go do something for awhile. either that or kill me. The photographer took over 200 pictures of us, so these are just a few of my favorites. I'll spare y'all the whole group shots.

The sunset that night was stunning. The pictures really don't even do it justice.

Of course my baby had to be in the pictures. Grandpa had her in his jacket almost the whole time because I was afraid she was going to get cold. She was shivering!

So many, many pics. So little time to critique them. Heh, heh, heh. My new favorite NFL Team, at least for the next 2 hours or so, is the Ravens. They are a 5 point favorite and are leading by 14, already. Yes. Maybe the Ravens will help me offset the buttload of dough I spent on Christmas Lights. I am trying very hard to teach my children everything I know about exterior illumination.

Today was my annual Santa party. To put us in the holiday mood, we even had snow flurries (which, thankfully, amounted to nothing). We ended up with 18 kids and 29 adults. Every child got a chance to sit on Santa's lap and take some pictures, and the adults all participated in a fun Yankee Swap. It was a rousing success for children and adults alike. if I do say so myself. Even considering the orange soda that was spilled on the wool rug in my living room.

I also managed to squeeze in a brief photo session with Boris and Natasha right before the party started. One of these pictures will hopefully be used for my Christmas cards. Haven't had the chance to upload them yet, but I'm sure there'll be several I can choose from. All in all, a darn good day. Hope y'all had a similarly wonderful day!

well it is 4 degrees when I got up to put out that dang trash can.....and recycle bin......it was so cold that it hurt my ears and nose.....I hate cold and I hate snow....so why did the stork leave me here .........both hubby and I were left in the wrong region.....we are sooooooo positive on that......

I still didnt sleep that great last night.....this mattress is definitely not a water bed....wonder how many nights before we get used to it.?? I hope it is soon ....I am tired..

need to do a few chores today and then make a pie or two.......I love a good apple pie so that is in the works........

Howdy from Hollywood Studios!

Mony - It was long pants/jacket/gloves cold at Epcot last night. Today is MUCH nicer. Sweatshirt weather this morning but short sleeves and capris now. We watched the news last night and it looks like there are a couple cold days mixed in with warmer days.

We're off to our lunch at Prime Time Café.
