My son is on his way from San Antonio to Alabama for 6 weeks of training. He left at 2AM today and hopefully should get there by 5 or 6. I hate those long drives, I'm always afraid of him getting into an accident (caused by others, he is a great driver).
It will be even worse after the 6 weeks, he has to drive from Alabama to California for more training.

I have to go grocery shopping soonishly. YUCK! At least the weather is back to the 70's

Earlier today I thought I had a virus on my laptop (which I didn't think was an issue on a Mac and was one of the reasons I switched). It cropped up when I was in Photobucket. Luckily, I called tech support and was able to take care of the problem I was having. Whew!

I was reading about that worm. I don't know if I have the patch. So I tried to download it but it said to back up all your files first. And that just added a level of work I wasn't ready to deal with. I did update all my antiviral stuff. I better back up everything tonight and then try again. Ugh. I wish I had a resident geek.

I looked online for a gadget to hook up my camera card to the laptop , but I didn't find anything. My son thought there should be something like that too, but if there is they are hiding it very well! I could call Best Buy and ask, but I'm too lazy.
