I have been so busy today. I went to the church this morning because our annual bazaar is tomorrow. Gave some donations. Then got my hair cut by the lady across the street. She needed a babysitter for 2 hours so I got a free hair cut in exchange for watching a 6 year girl. That will be easy Hannah will play all night with her.

And I just finished baking chocolate chip cookies. I am in a baking mood I guess because I baked a cake yesterday.

Allie-- prayers for Jackson and his family.

micro-bio, bugs and lil'creatures..spiders & snakes..sound like one

could make/bake a song? ..just a thought....without these lil'things..
there be no big things..like us.

.. , backstage gal..well, if you're asking me....disney has done

..a great job..developing their cruise lines. they are expensive..but

..they give..you alot mre. "people & clashes"...are always going to

be part of the "scene". ..i guess..i can't help myself, but if one
listens..to the person words & compare them to their behaviors ,
are quite revealing....of their expctations.



..what makes..this very exciting for me....., is how much bickering
..is caused by misunderstanding...& delusional thinking. for ie,

"if..he only asked"...sorry, common grounds do not require permission.

...also...before cruising...on the meet site, there were alot "hard -
feelings"..over alot of misunderstandings. exciting?..they are very
easy...to fix...& repair..with a few corrective measures.

..now, some made alot of complaints..of the kids running wild & writing
naughty stuff....on the note boards...but, i wonder..if there were a
few mischevious adults-

but more than anything...else..we do cruises...for a family vacation,

..and on that note...wow, it was way more than me & my wife expected.

pssst.., i knew..we were going to have a great time..when on the first
night..our servers were sorry for slow service, , they were faster
than those..we had before!

..& I don't want..to give the wrong impression. we are still doing
disney cruises...and not one, have we regretted. funny, everyone
has been unique...with alot fun stuff. i am no ..disney expert...but
if anyone asking me...the key word..for a sucessful trip, is always

.."participation". noticed?..matches up well with "anticipation?




....look @ wt's father & son moment...or utahm.'s hat selction....

...sometimes...the lil' things....makes the hard work..all worth it.

..i can jus..see..mp...& the boys..bolting ...in all different directions....

...no wonder, she keeping her girly figure? jumpin jacks!

..my lil'miss cutie pie..has an eagle eye~...we were lining all the kids
up..for a stairway..picture..when she caught peter pan, out..
wandering...in his civilian clothing...he was more than gracious!

I know small critters have a place in the circle of life and all, but I still have a hard time with spiders, and flying beetle/roaches, and lovebugs.

But snakes, rats, and mice don't bother me at all. Unless they are dwelling with me!

I'm glad your experience hasn't embittered you towards cruises or Disney, or the DIS boards occasional mob mentality. I swear, you've gained a lot of cool observations and expanded insight since the "experience".

Nab- what kind of bazzar? We have Trunk or Treat tomorrow with the annual chili cook off for which I'm crockpotting my award winning blue ribbon chili as we speak.

Monica- love that van! I want swivel seats and TWO dvr's!!! Hot mama in a mini-van!!!

Honey - we're HOME!!

Dh went to work, dd is working on homework - and I cant stay awake to save my life!! I keep falling asleep!! My feet are swollen, and without the Disney attractions, I just dont want to be in pain anymore! I updated the cake thread, and Budget Board Fridge swap - now its time to nap again!!

Marita missed meeting up with you!! We were looking forward to hearing more of your adventures in Germany! Sorry you had to work, but I figure after taking 2 weeks off, you need to be at work!

DD, DH and I each got a pot of tea - and had it refilled!! We spent 2 1/2 hours there - mostly because they were so darn slow - she only had 5 tables!! I'm glad the atmosphere is one of calm and relaxing but sheesh! All our TS restaurants were really slow for us, my opinion is because of the tips - tables of 6 or more got better service - Our fastest was at LTT 45 min from beginning to end, and that included seeing 5 characters (3 wouldnt sign dd book?!!) Turns out they close at 8!! We were seated at 7:30 we were out the door at 8:15 - now if we had been there earlier, or if they closed at 9, I'm sure the service would've slowed down, but I Laughed saying, I preferred the rush service!! (and dd didnt mind the no autographs!!)

Its good to be home, but I miss maid service... and food service... and rides... and shows... and fireworks!!

Sandy-- glad your home safe and sound. How did your dd do on the plane ?

UMA-- it is a fall bazaar. It is held in the church basement( same one the dances are held). They have a tea room set up on the stage , there is a penny table, crafts table, draws, games for the kids, bake sale table and a some tables set up that have garage sale kind of stuff like books, plants, odds and ends.

Lil'g-- can't wait for our cruise in Dec. Maybe you would like to go again. We are just glad we paid in full before our dollar took a big dive.

Moo-- we are having a hard time finding a room for Friday night. Hubby is trying to find cheap. But still want to meet up with you!!

I just read that Carol from the Cancer trip report died yesterday. How sad. I am glad she got to go to WDW with her family and they didn't wait.

Nabbie - I think it's going to be really difficult to find a good rate for a room that Friday night unless there are some cancellations closer to the date. Especially if you're not renting a car. I had a horrible time finding anything for that entire weekend, that's why I ended up at the Dolphin! Did your hubby try some of the search sites like Expedia? Keep me posted!

Lil G - There was an MSU/UM "tailgate" lunch at my office today but I wasn't able to make it. LOTS of people wearing green and white.

Our office has decided to have a Halloween dress-up day again this year. Should be interesting. Last year I went as a Disney freak. NOT much of a stretch

Wendy - We have caught two mice in our house this week One of which was in my bathroom and the only thing I could think to do was to thorow a heavy library book at it. UGH. DH took care of the other one that was caught in a trap. Dang critters.

Moo I'm totally pooped. Been up since 5am and I have to get up again at 5am for DS football game in Croswell. Little over an hour drive. Game is at 9am and they have to be there an hour before. I think we leave at 6:30am.
