Has anyone called on the new Resort codes?

I need a vacation - 55 days, seems a long way away!!

DS may have a job as a Teacher Assistant!! He needs to answer his phone!

Anyone have any experience getting a new free phone? I know our AT&T contract hasnt been "updated" since they bought Cingular, so I know we "qualify" for "new" phones... but dh keeps ignoring me when I tell him we need a new phone!! (I saw a refurbed Razor, free with updated 2 year contract!!)

What grade are you teaching? 3rd? I can't remember. Anyway, universal's halloween thing looks waaaaay too scary for me. Even the billboards freak me out. I'll stick to Mickey's not so scary party instead.

The latest report is that the oncologist doesn't think it's cancer, but they're doing a biopsy to make sure. The surgery for the biopsy will be in September (I forgot the actual date even though I just read it)

NAB: Tim is scheduled for surgery on Sept 10th. They don't think these spots are cancer, but there's only one way to be sure and that's a biopsy, which requires part of a rib to be removed.

Because of his history they have to assume until they know more.

I checked on the new resort codes - I got to use a pin code sent in my mom's name to my address - its the same discount $400 off of our Pop stay, we have to pay off by Sept 1 - then I can add Dining plan, and get a % off and not have to pay that off for another 50 days!! or so... (math is not my strong suit!)

I tried calling yet again today to see if they have anything for the week in December, but they claim to be booked solid I didn't ask if they would apply a discount to my ASMovies and Pop ressies because I may cancel them and just extend the Dolphin reservation. Has anyone stayed there before? I am seeing positive and negative reviews here and there I think I will like the location though, as I tend to spend a lot of time at Epcot and if I want to go to MK, I can take the monorail. Plus, DHS is nearby as well and I plan to ride the Toy Story Mania ride at least a couple times. The downside to an entire Dolphin ressie is no Magical Express

I guess I am going Pop Warner week because my cousin is pretty busy the week before.

55 days isn't all that far away! It will be here before you know it. But not as soon as Mony's trip!

I am really dragging tonight. I was up till 1am after our little adventure at the Emergency room last night.
It's been lightly, but steadily raining all day today and is projected to continue into the weekend. They have some REALLY bad flooding over on the east coast.
But it is supposed to clear up by this weekend, in time for Mony's vacation.
I started going back to reading Breaking Dawn, and I have the Olympics on TV, but I think it's going to be an early night for me tonight. ZZZZZZZ.......

Sandy...no duct tape. Got it. What about packaging tape?? That reminds me. I have a story. I'll make it brief. Today we had a fire drill. When we came back inside we were sitting in circle discussing how it went and I was letting them ask questions, etc. They were all coming up with "what if" scenarios. Like "what if I'm in the bathroom when it happens?" So this one little guy raises his hand and says "what if there's a fire alarm and someone pulls a prank on you and glues you to your seat and you're stuck and the alarm's going off but you can't get up?" So what do you think about glue??? Can I glue them to their seats??

I hate driving in rain! I hate driving in the dark! Combine both of those with heavy winds and already having had a couple or 3 glasses of wine did not make me a happy driver!!!

...I am TOTALLY not a fan of scary stuff!! It doesn't jive well with me. I would only be going because Hollywood is in it. I'm really torn because I was going to go at that time of year anyway and I know she'd be really hurt if I didn't come see her.

1. Actually, I LIKE to move furniture! Always have. A strange affliction I inherited from my mom. Sometimes, I just get the urge to move things around, and I don't ever want to wait for Mr. Lalijack. (Plus, he's not really a fan of changing things around. ) Natasha was all FOR the furniture move....she loves to change things up. I just maybe shouldn't have done the super-duper-top-to-bottom-room-scrub plus the furniture moving in the same night, after working all day. Maybe.

2. Count me as also NOT a fan of scary stuff. But you knew that, right? But you never did answer Moo and Cel's questions: doesn't the Mouse mind if Hollywood is fraternizing with the enemy? She IS still working for the Mouse, right? Or did we miss sumpn?

My DD got the furniture moving gene too. I don't know from whom

The longes she has left her room in the same state has been 6 months. Amd just when I thought, wow, she hasn't moved her furniture in a while, she did it again that day.

Now, this is NOT a big room, there are limited possibilities, but I guess it's for the sake of change........

Not a single word from the boss today, whose wife went in this morning to be induced with their secnd child. He has a blackberry, wouldn't you think he could send a message????

Poor DD said her hand hurts, as the cut is right between her thumb and the joint (?) to her hand, so every time she moves her hand, the stitches move.

The wind picked up this evening. Fay is still hanging around some. So shortly after I got home today, the front door blew open and the dog ran out!!!!!! Great! I know from experience I can't catch him. all I can do is to let him run till he is ready to come home.
Meanwhile I was hoping he wouldnt get run over by a car or picked up by animal control.
He would never harm anyone, so that was really not a concern, he is the biggest baby ever (and I mean BIG!)
So I waited for an hour, just imagining what the kids would say if something happened to old Woody (age 15). But he made it home ok, and took a long nap.... GRRR
