Good Morning MHPDers!

I'm thinking WT wants to quit his ever-changing thread? :confused3 I may be wrong (and usually am). Correct me if I'm wrong, someone.

(Look away Pumba, LOL!!!) I just posted a THE END photo I'll need to delete soon as it is on the cusp of DIStaste.
popcorn:: (Like I would EVER post anything edgy!!!)

Hound[/B]....I never heard the storm. It must've gone south. Thanks for worrying about me.

Your welcome it was a huge 100 square mile area north to south of Lexinton red spot on the weather channel heading straight for Lexington(the anoucer was saying watch out Lexington cause the red area kept growing as it was passing us.)

Wendy - I hope I have your attention now. I see you turned off your PM's. :confused3 I need to know about sewing machines. You're my go to girl. If I have to get one, what do I need? Something simple, but heavy duty enough to sew denim and corduroy.

Nothing better than standing in line at the water park next to some guy who is sweating all over the place and has athletes foot.

Nice house, MommyP, and beautifully decorated. I am so glad it worked out for you and I wish you many wonderful memories in your new home.

I agree with Kay. Beautiful house. And tastefully decorated too. I love the way you put a weapon or tool on every wall. A meat cleaver in the kitchen, an axe in the living room, a pick and saw in one hallway and a sledge hammer in the other. I'm trying to decide who your decorator was Lizzie Borden, Bob the Builder or Santa Claus?

Mommy P -- Love your home. I do love country stuff still. Do you actually use that scale to weight food or is it a decoration? I have one and sold it in the yard sale....:lmao:

Sandy -- send that cooler weather here please. It is humid today which isn't bad, it is the air quality today is really bad. Looks foggy out but it is smog ...yuck. I remember last year two teams played outside too. Hubby would have love to see it.

Kay-- Buddy is like your Tornado only orange and white. Don't think is that big yet but very long. He just turned one last month. The made me make a cake for his birthday...

Lynette You show great self-restraint at only packing four days early. I started packing for Myrtle beach last week and we don't leave for another couple weeks! I find that packing makes it seem like the vacation is almost here. Have a GREAT trip.

Kay, I would've started sooner, but I like to open up the luggage on the dining room table while I'm packing, and I didn't want my 4th of July guests to see my dining room all discombobulated. I have lists all over the house to remind me what to pack, what to buy, etc. Now I just have to get to it!

Lynette.....What does your DH think about meeting your crazy internet friend at Disney? Or will it be a surprise? ;)

He's very easy-going, so he's okay with it. Although when I first started posting on the DIS, he thought I was out of my mind. Now he just rolls his eyes and shakes his head. :rotfl:

Disney is gonna be hot next week.

Ya think? :rolleyes1

Sandy,

Tim was just telling me about this game and I was all over it. That would be so much fun! Hockey outdoors. I love it!

I love my brother machine but it's not powerful enough for thick denim and corduroy. Hmmmm, I don't know! I know you're looking at an expensiver one though to be more powerful. Brother is a great brand and has the easiest bobbin threading!

Cake! :rotfl: The thought is nice, but I hope it was a tuna cake!

Hmmm. Very observant. You should have been a detective rather than an attorney. ;)

I guess it was only the overall effect that I noticed, not the impromptu implements of self defense. Or maybe it's just that having an antique dealer in the family, I'm accustomed to any number of unusual old items being used for decorating. I suppose here, the impromptu weapons of choice lean more toward beaning a burglar with a cast iron "spider," whacking him with a rosewood rolling pin, or smashing a redware jug over his head. Hehehehe
