There is a joke that I will not be telling.

actually men and women both have them, it's just that mens are visible and generally womens are not. it is thyroid cartilage that grows during puberty. its located around the voice box and this is when a males voice changes. that's the short answer. dont say i never taught you anything.

This proves God has a sense of humor. That and toe-hair.

I may have to disappear - dh has been trying to work on the laptop - I cannot type d, u, m... (probably the b too!)

dh thought he fixed it, then went out for a run, I tried to reply, when I hit a d, the whole screen goes down -

hit the u - and suddenly all these files pop up and the computer starts talking to me (some sort of disability program for the blind)

dh knows that there will be a $300 used laptop at work - but not for another month or two...

I'm going to go back to bed and cover my head...

(and I'd buy a lottery ticket if I thought i had any good luck in me!)

E!!! That was not a grammar correction (as I know grammar rules go out the window on this thread). It was a legitimate question. Is the appearance of the male's adam's apple the cause of the voice change? OR do they both just happen at the same time (puberty)? My question was an honest one.

Twink....Are we YAY or BOO for school being out? I'm confused. I just hate the make the lunches and wake sleeping kids. I'm happy to let them sleep and go on to work before they wake up.

We are YAY-BOO or BOO-YAH.

Yay- no more going to school, summer travels, eating popsicles for lunch
Boo- more laundry to do, more groceries to buy and prepare, sibling rivalry

On 5/20 it will be my twinkie-twins last day of kindergarten. That is kind of sad. First grade seems all grown up. Also my baby will be 6 months old. That is half a year! Where did time go?

our daughter..was tooo young..to have no idea..while that lil'girl ..was
starstuck...i wished.,.i took hteir picture....] see/ lexy..thats the
memory.of a lifetime..you gave, ..not surpriising...or c~ girl &
tolerating animal k., with her mom..it dosn't get any sweeter.

much junk..we got piled up..in the basment....& somewher...i got wt's sports
mag...near mint condition..* if the flood didn't get it. & i having trouble
just getting ready...for our august cruise...& their site, .
oh..don't even mentioned..work..there's a crazy guy.."worker] , trying to
make..it with a cute lil' co worker..of course when she got a boyfriend,
he 's been starting rumors...& now, we're having to deal with it. [ don't

I just wanted to jump in to say, thank you for the kind words and notes on the thread I started earlier today. I've been meaning to moo=in here and tell you all, but some times too many tears get in the way of me being able to see the monitor straight. What I thought would be a normal OB appointment yesterday, was not to be. They gave me a 3D ultrasound so they could gauge the size and age of the baby. It was a shock to hear, "T, I'm seeing some thing here....." and then from there it felt like I was in a dream. DH didn't come with me (as he normally would) so that was tough too, not having him at my side. I'm scared to death about a D&C. I think that will scare me more than any thing (during and after). I don't want to start rambling, so I'll stop here. I love you all. Thanks again for friendship and support. It was so cute, R said last night, "now God gets to change all the diapers.".

I'll do my best to try and keep you all updated.
