Please send me some pixie dust that my new kitchen guy comes tomorrow. The first guy is still MIA.

I have company coming on Saturday, staying over night even and they assured me that it will be done.

Hubby has done some of the work that they are suppose to do, like fix the walls and ceiling where they marked them and fill in nail holes where they attached newly painted trim. If they don't come he will be installing a toilet in the powder room too.

Been busy cleaning, everything is so dusty. I am hoping if there isn't anymore dust and it will stay in the bathroom. Shopping to feed all these people coming. I am exhausted and I haven't even had the party yet.....

Also got my stitches out today, that hurt like double hockey sticks I tell you!!

Actually, I mentioned at lunch today how scarce you have been, and we agreed that probably due to the kitchen remodel.

I've been mia from CB due to my rightious attitude, because in the end, its just an internet - I cant fix the world, but I so would love to fix my imaginary part of it!! DH went to bed for 2 hours, so I jumped on his computer, he's trying to figure out a way to buy me a macbook for $300 - bless his heart!!

He also went and bought plane tickets to disney for Oct - but he messed it up big time so somehow he bought 6 Tickets - something about seating - they will refund him the first set of 3 - but he didnt tell me, when I went and withdrew money from the main account to fix the minor account - he was not happy!! WHY are we going to WDW??

I guess I'm in a real funk!

I think the boys did good in school - but moving out was a huge PITA!! dont get me started!!

FSUmark posted about many of the tragic survivors of the Georgia hurricanes - he's doing his Preacher job - feeding the hundreds on a loaf of bread and a bag of salad!! He does ask us to stop and send a prayer, he said its the worst devestation he's seen!

Alli stay safe, and i'll be expecting a call!!

Yes, that ineed was my ride of the day!

The kids are fine ( guess, relatively speaking) DS said its getting easier at Boot camp, and DD called tonight, she was on her way back from inspecting potential colleges for her BF for law school.

I can imagine moving being a pain!
You would have to fight me to death to pick a vacation over a funtioning laptop, LOL. But so nice of your DH for trying!

Sandy: I was just typing what they were saying at the time. They saw a car, yelled car, then it turned, yelled nevermind. I just remember that from when I was a kid and it was cracking me up. Cause I was always the one girl playing with all the boys. Held my own too.

If my two little girls would just sleep through the night, I think alot of my problems would go away.

Nab: We haven't done it yet, but I know we need a furnace cleaning since the remodel. The dust is seriously ridiculous. I feel its all I do. What I miss, why did you have stiches?

Yesterday I was driving the boys to baseball. On the way there, Gigantor says "Hey mom! How come only boys have these?"

Since he said "these", I know he is obviously pointing or somehow attempting to show me part of his anatomy. Being a nurse I quickly tried to think of parts that boys had that girls do not. To be honest, I didnt want to turn around.

But slowly, ever so slowly, gripping the steering wheel and putting on my "I'm fine with you asking me that question" face I turn around.

Sure enough his fingers are placed strategically on

OOP today! Which is a hassle to load up 2 infants and 2 preschoolers safely into the 'Burban, but totally worth the 3 hours of luxurious peace and quiet.

Today's Peace and Quiet is going to be filled with fabric organization. I have stuff I forgot I bought

DH officially starts his new and improved job 6/1. This is the job that is possibly relocatable to TN.

Our house will have a big For Sale sign in the front yard next week. Along with like 5 others within stones throw of it, so we're not expecting many bites except for low-ball offers. We'll see!
