Ooooohhhhh, the possibility of the UtahFamily movin' to TN! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 WOOOOHOOOO!!!!!!:woohoo: :woohoo:

I'm almost in TN. Can be at the border in less than a half hour. Just watch out for gooses. ;) NashVegas is definitely better than Memphis. Chattanooga isn't bad either. Don't know about daycare rules.

You will be able to find LDS down here, too. Plus you'll be closer to the MotherWorld. ;)

I will accept a Utah move to Chattanooga.

Don't lie, twinks! You know you'd move to JustSouthOfThereWhereTheRichPeopleLive!

I am now singing Alabama songs in my head!!

DH is now sending me links to view "rumors" I cant view all the links (laptop shut down... I think its a Jim Hill report on the "lost years of Pop Century - cause the youtube link works - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSc1fG0ETeY it is kinda creepy tho)

I'm now wondering if the world is going to come to an end! :confused3 (dh more into wdw than me!)

Hello, Moovers. I think I see a trend on this thread. I am considering moving to Nashville, Utah is now going to maybe move to Tennessee....we get it, cel. You're infiltrating our minds until we all end up within stalking distance of you. :cool2:
p.s. cel, part 1 of you stalking me will have to commence in about 2 weeks. That's when my Nashvegas trip has been rescheduled for. Long story.

Random kid story because I feel like I have to contribute something in order to make this a legitimate post....
Today I was working with a first grader and all of a sudden she stops, stares at me, and says in a very loud voice, "OH MY GOSH, YOU HAVE FISH EYES!!!!!!!!!" This was me:  She was so excited and talking so fast going "you have fish eyes and I have fish eyes and I just now noticed it and we both have fish eyes!!!" :hyper: Once she calmed down I asked her what fish eyes were and she said "you know, really big blue eyes, duh."   So, did anyone else know that people with big blue eyes have fish eyes? :confused3 Aside from making me laugh those kids confuse me sometimes.

1. Huh?
2. Huh?
Please explain both of these.

1. A greenback shower is one at which the attendees are specifically asked to give gifts of money, and ONLY money. As in, "Please join us at a Greenback Shower for Lucy and Ricky Ricardo, hosted by Bride's loving family." Ack!

I have heard of people trying to justify this by saying, "Well, they already have a whole apartment/house full of stuff, so they don't really need anything else." I repeat: ACK!

2. Dead bug tag is like regular tag, except that when you get tagged, you have to lie on the ground (like a dead bug) until someone who isn't "it" taps you to bring you back into the game. It's kinda like freeze tag, but little kids think it's cooler because of the grossness factor.

Heheh. :cool2:

Now put the cake DOWN, and back away slowly! :rotfl:

Wow UMA what a great picture of you. You look so beautiful and skinny!!! You need pearls to go with the outfit if your going to hold a cake....

Wendy, you Hot Mama, you are looking FABULOUS! You could be a model in a magazine even!

I refuse to testify on the grounds that I may incriminate myself.

Nice cake, UM! :cool2:

PSA:

In our local paper today was this article that you now can .........

wait for it................

Design your own Mouse ears. Yes indeedy! Custom bases in various colours, custom ears including faux fur, hologram Mickeys, and I forget what else. Plust you have stickers sealed in, like for a birthday, honeymoon, etc. Plus of course, have your name embroidered.

Does anybody else with school age children feel like all they are doing is signing permission slips this week? I think the entire month of May is devoted entirely to field trips. Plus my kids all want me to chaperone. My 3rd grader is going to the zoo on a Friday and then my 1st grader is going to the zoo the following Monday. The zoo trip is always a hard one, cuz you actually have to *watch* the kids and not let them get kidnapped or wander into the lion cage or jump into the polar bear pool. Who needs that kind of pressure?;)
TWO zoo trips??! That's cool that your and Lynette's kids love having you chaperone their field trips :thumbsup2 I know it's close to the end of the school year when there are lots of school buses parked near the capitol building for tours, etc. I went by the entrance to the zoo in Lansing today on my way back to work from a meeting and I think they have a spiffy new sign. I haven't been there for years.

I agree on the tacky factor of that shower. I think I'd ask why they're charging
What's wrong with saying "spelunking", E? :confused3
For Rob: The thread Spellun King is WT :rolleyes1

The do is cute. I just got lots of highlights.

I decided not to cut it, just growing it out.

Now there's volume.

(No WT, that doesn't mean my hair is loud)
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Goog one, Mony! Glad to hear Matt had a nice start to his trip :cool1:

Moo I subbed in jr hi - they showed a movie - paid a guest speaker something about "chart your course" (as in dont be a loser dont drop out but positive crap) It was so loud my ears ache!
Hmmmm, sounds like it really made an impression on ya, so I can just imagine how much good it did the kids ;)

and I cant resist - here is the "Groom-to-be" He is teasing his fiance that he is getting a white tux - he didnt have a say in her dress, she doesnt get a say in his tux... Kids!! LOL
LOVED (but didn't quote) your pics, Sandy!!! Especially your son in the stylin' white tux!

Peej, did you plan your interview trip so you and bbn can ride to WDW with Cel??! :dance3:

Skinneeeee Minneeeee Purteeeee Wendeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm LOLing about Nabbie's comments for you to whip up an apron and put on some pearls!!!!!!!

Ya'll want to emigrate to Tennessee? :scared1: Sorry, Tennesseeans, I could NEVER get used to drinking sweet tea. ACK!
