The kitchen is coming along. He is using some kind of glue for something and it is making me feel sick. I have all the window open but it looks like rain.

He is working on the crown moulding. I even picked out my handles today. We have baseboard, door casings, water hook up and counter tops to get yet after this. My counters don't come until the first week in May.

Marita-- you should have told me earlier that you were having cabbage rolls on Sunday my neighbours just left a few minutes ago to head down there....

Went grocery shopping for just a few items. still ended up around $50!!!!!

I am exhausted!
Did I mention I like shopping about as much as Pumba likes snow?

I got 2 cabbages, just in case the leaves are not big enough to roll. I can always make shredded cabbage in butter with the rest.

Chili on the menu for today, I think, although I am in the mood for Hamburger Helper Stroganoff with buttery buiscuits. I will leave it up to DH, though.

Nabbie, sorry the stuff is making you sick, but yay on picking out new things for the kitchen. You'll get a break this weekend. Sorry I missed your neighbor for Sunday dinner, LOL.

Oh, please plan away and SHARE!!! It's great for those of us who have SO's who don't like Mickey so much. I won't be going again for a loooooooonnnnnnnng time. Not like Wendee's not going, but going plan.

Paint brushes are not that hard to find. The first raft goes at 10:00.

We found all the brushes the first time but only took one. We did point in the right direction to other little kids.

Ok, I'm confuzzled. Where are these paintbrushes, and why are you trying to get them? Do you get a cool Disney prize?

If you find one you give it to the CM that drives the raft and they will give you a fast pass for your family to go on Splash Lagoon or RR. I think other people have gotten them for other rides too. When we got ours they never took it back and we just kept going on it a few times. It is only for that day and can be used right away. When all 5 are found they hide them again.

How come you don't have a trip to plan Lalijack? Sounds like slacking on your part.

Just keep in mind, I didnt have a trip planned either (and dont think I didnt wonder about going in Dec Mony) Its much harder when DH guilts you into planning a trip - and then DH and DD just KNOW you will provide a magical trip!! (I really thought we've done it all people, give it a rest!! Or go for Christmas!! )

So after talking to the Dining CM's 3 times and an answering machine TWICE - I think we'd better go to Coral Reef!! I have to tell you - the last CM on the phone and I chatted for about 5 min - Her Father will be 96 on Oct 18, she spent her 50th bday at MK - met the Mayor of MK before her Crystal Palace adr - BUT she didnt know about the talking Trashcan!! Serious it was at least 5 min - I shouldve told her to post over here!! I love talking to Disney CM's!! Marita are you busy???

We have a CM preview of Toy Mania next Friday. So we will probably have a team outing for that, and lunch (out of pocket, though, the lunch) But it will be a welcome break after yet ANOTHER FORECAST. And then it's time for budgets PLUS forecasts till September!

Twinkie, you are hired!!!!!!! Very good logic, which we actually do employ.

And that sounds just like the way it should be, easy and predictable.

Occupied rooms, guests per room, park hours, pool hours, convention vs leisure guests DVC vs non-DVC. All can be somewhat put into math formulas.

Unfortunately, there are unforeseen factors or people influencing things that hinder pure logic and make my life Helk at times. Especially now at my property for reasons I can not discuss.

This is uncharted territory...... and I have been doing this for many years!

Oh, scary thing, I found out that one of my former associates (like 4 years ago) is no longer with the company and was escorted off property. Nobody seems to know why. Very scary. He is maybe around 30 with a 2 year old son.

the candy is not worth it, but it's kind of fun if you find a quick ride.

w00t on the progress, Nabbie! I have a lot of trouble with the solvent in certain glues too. I recently walked into a store that was laying flooring as part of remodeling and had to walk out because I got lightheaded

I think all I can handle is the soup and breadsticks although the filet mignon with rissorro sounds yummy, but I KNOW I cant eat all that. And I want the bread sticks and soup.

Hey, the hubby is really great. He treats me great, he just doesn't "get it". That's ok, he wants us to see other places like NYC, London, the Grand Canyon, California, so it ain't all bad. Just wish he liked the Mouse a little more. He did let DD and I go earlier in the year, and that's where I met my dear friend Sandy.
