Mony, what adorable kids! Thanks for posting them.

Uma, I hope you find Amber (the dog, not the person)

I went to work this morning, feeling "wucky". Anyway, after 45 minutes I declared, "I am going home". But due to another forecast week, I still had to work some (from home). Just got off the phone with Asst. #2. Still really need to do more work tonight. But I am not being very productive. So I don't know if I should call it a sick day or not. I am thinking NOT, since I drove there and back, and still had to work some.Since I dont get paid by the hour, I can stretch the boundaries a bit.

Oh and wouldn't you know, right at month-end the systems are not updating correctly.Labor is not posted correctly for last week, but we had to do the DVC split anyway. So any explanatons are suspect. Is it real or is it a systems issue?????

WT, did I ever mention I hate DVC?

What a cutie Monica!!!! It seems like only yesterday she was born!:lovestruc

The Mony sisters are precious!!!

Maddie has your gorgeous baby blues, Monica! What a cute, happy girl!

I love the dented chins too.

Twinkie - He is really long and has a long body. He can wear 3-6, but I'm not buying them since he'll grow out of them so quickly.

Monica - What a cutie!

Wendy - I hope you find your dog.

Hi to everyone else.

Oh my heck, Monica! SOOO beauty-ful! The baby is getting big :cutie: Look at her sitting up

I got my doggie back! She was just barely brought to the animal shelter when I arrived. She was SOOOO happy to see me! Gosh I love that dog! Now she's napping on the porch....oh the adventures she could tell!

Mony: Beautiful kids! :thumbsup2

Wendee: :cheer2: Sooooooo glad you got your dog back. :cheer2: I've been thinking of you and your dog all day today. Thanks for updating us.

OK, adding insult to injury to my bad day, I got an invitation to my collegues going away lunch. Whch was supposed to be at Le Cellier! But NO, it got changed to Tusker House. OK, havent been there since it changed to a buffet. (Collegue is transferring to AK).

But really, the menu is not sounding very appealing to me. I am pining for some cheese soup right now.

http://www.allears.net/menu/menu_tus.htm

Maybe I need to get a bit more adventurous with my eating. But when you don't eat much to begin with, that doesn't leave much. I am thinking beef, potatoes and bread pudding. I might try a bit less of potatoes and meat and more of the other stuff (half of which I have no idea what it is).

OK, I havent eaten all day, I think it is time to fix some beef broth and toast and hope I feel better. Being sick tomorrow is NOT an option!

Marita - I'll have the warm banana cinnamon bread pudding, k?

Seriously, how can you go from Le Cellier to Tusker House? Not that I've ever eaten at Le Cellier, thanks to that good for nothing CM...

I went to Walmart today and spent some more gift cards. I got some more things for Isaac, and me. hehe. Since I birthed him I should get some goodies too. ;)

I took my brother with me. First I needed some new under clothes of the lower region. He said, "Oh come on! Bethany always does this to me." So apparently I'm not the only sister who makes him underwear shop with them. LOL! Poor guy.

I got a skirt, 4 shirts, 1 undershirt(layers work well with nursing) and a, um, skort. I cannot BELIEVE I bought a skort. I am getting so old. No offense if you regularly wear skorts. I wanted a jean skirt and attached shorts works well with my lifestyle. ;) Don't tell anyone.

I'm off to eat dinner.

I know, really! I am upset  I think I will have the warm bread pudding too, though.

Always nice to go shopping with gift cards:goodvibes I need to go shopping too, but I have neither gift cards nor the inclination to shop (guess nobody knew that I hate shopping :sad2: )

Yup, happy reunion for me and my wuppy! She won't leave my side. Which is hard because I'm on kid-overload.

The one baby was picked up. (whew)

The other baby is napping.

Norah and the other 3 year old are napping.

The 2 year old boy is watching Baby Einstein and eating a home made trail mix of cheerios and raisins with Diego fruit snacks. (don't judge)

Riley just got home so he's out in the culdesac playing with the 7 year old girl.

That leaves ME alone with the computer. And do you think it'd be my turn in one of my 6 games? NOPE. Which is ok, because I don't want to think. I do have a couple whammies I'm waiting to unload...if my opponents don't take my intended whammie spots. :cool2:

Mommy P
- Sounds like you had fun spending your Baby Shower Gift Cards. I hope you're all set for diapers and wipies.

Marita
- You had ME all set for cheese soup (hold the bacon). I think the Tusker House Menu looks fun. Course, I'll find out for myself in like THREE years, when we can afford to go back. When we do, it WILL be at the POLY and it WONT be during one of the 9 months of summer or mating bugs season.
I melt in your climate. Thank Gosh for Bare Minerals.

Hah, that is funny! YOU melt in My climate?
If you remember, I am the one that got sick from the heat and had to go home, while you looked radiant!

Ok, I gotta get me some Bare Minerals.

I was thinking of a time to recommend. Hard anymore (plus I dont get the attendance forcast). But i agree with Moo, May should be good, althought it can get hot then. Or April, but NOT around Easter, worst time to go. And I love the Poly, I worked there for 3 years in the early 80's (aka the "good old days")

Oh wait, I have to ammend my recommendation for May.
May and September are the only love bug months!!!!!
How about early February? Before President's day? Or early December?

Sounds like you are having some blissful downtime for a while there:)

1. ACK! Hope you can fight that stuff off Cheryl!
2. Howdy!

Moo! A cold and a migraine? Get yourself better soonest!

My DW was a potential juror for Monday but her number did NOT come up!

Why do I have a sudden urge to drink Moo? As if that's even possible!
Well, I think I was able to avert the cold and my head feels better tonight.

I got called into the jury box, number 12 out of 12 :headache: Just when I was thinking I was going to luck out and not be chosen!

Then, I think I had to respond to too many questions that were asked because the prosecutor dismissed me as a peremptory challenge :woohoo: I was really happy to have been dismissed because it was likely going to be a three day criminal trial on a double fatality drunk driving accident and I have a lot going on at work this week.

Anyway, the judge didn't seem like he was very willing to dismiss people for cause prior to the random juror selection. Only a couple people were allowed to be dismissed, one of whom was a woman who had a vacation booked for quite some time. He didn't dismiss a guy with Parkinson's and another with back trouble.

Rob, LOLing over drinking MOO :lmao: Got Milk??!

Hope your wife makes out OK with her jury duty.

Moo....Hope the head is better today. Is it those fluorescent lights at the grocery?
Thanks, Lex! Maybe the lighting at the grocery store contributed :confused3 But I think it was a bad food combination and/or maybe the super strong perfume of someone who was in the checkout line that made my nose run like a sieve :sad1:

Wendy!
Glad your wuppy was found!!!

Mony - Thanks for posting the pics of your daughters!!!!! So cute! princess: princess:

Marita, sorry about missing out on your LeCellier lunch. I  their cheese soup! Maybe Cel or I can book a get together there for us :goodvibes

To everyone who is feeling wucky: :grouphug:

WHERE is Nabbie???

Moo, yay on getting out of Jury Duty. Great that are feeling better.

I finally started feeling better after some beef broth and toast tonight. A little while later, I really started feeling hungry. Given the options I had at home, decided to drive up to Burger King and ordered a Whopper Junior (no onions) and small fries. The menu board said something like $4.69 for Jr Whopper, and I know small fries are over $1.
So I pulled up to the window to pay, and they guy says: $2.13 please"
I said, that cant be right! He said, Jr whopper and small fries right?" Yes
$2.13 please

Sure enough, I looked at the receipt later.
Jr. Whopper $1
small fries $1
Tax $.13

SO if anyone is looking for a lunch deal this week, check it out.

Anyway, so I am feeling much better now, but TIRED!

Moo, lunch with you and Cel sounds like fun. Count me in! (as long as it's not forecast week, the bane of my existance)

So after I posted this last sentence, I thought, what exactly does bane mean?
Well, here it is:

bane
A noun
1 bane, curse, scourge, nemesis

something causes misery or death; "the bane of my life

So there you have it, the misery week is upon me yet again!

Wendy and Marita - I melt even with Bare Minerals. I am a sweat...er, uh, glistener.

December is nice, early, and January an February, also parts of March before the crowds start picking up. May is hot, but not as hot as September. However there are Love Bugs.

Marita - Last week I was at the park and there were a ton of Love Bug like bugs, minus the red and minus the mating part. I said that I thought they were young ones and hadn't gotten their colors or mate yet. My Mom said they weren't Love Bugs. I was so right because now they have their red color, but still no mate. Just so you know, they're on their way north. ;)

Wendy - I'm set with diapers for a couple more months now and I make my own wipes. Someone did get me some dollar store wipes, I left them at my Mom's so I don't have to worry about bring a diaper bag when I come over here.

Twinkie - Do you know about making your own wipes?

MommmyP, I don't remember Love bugs when I went to WDW a couple years ago in May

Just one more thing to look forward to!

Fortunately, I only saw a few in September last year.

So how DO you make your own wipes? Just curious . . .

MommyP- I used soft flannel squares that had serged edges with Cetaphil soapless wash. Contained in a Tupperware. Never rashes till Miss N was a bigger toddler. In which case Twinkie shared with me "Bordeaux's Butt Paste" (excuse my language...BUM paste). It works great.

Good evening Moovers....

Been busy emptying my kitchen and finally picking out all my colours. Glad that part is done. Peanut Butter it is for the kitchen, Butter Yellow for the entrance and hallway and Wilminington Tan for the powder room. Heirloom beige tile for the floor. Maple Cabernet cabinets and Giallo Veniziano for the counter top. We got to go to the warehouse and pick up the slab that was pretty cool. There is some pretty scary looking granite out there, but also beauiful stuff.

They were suppose to come tomorrow to start but we are on hold because the guy is sick. They said maybe Wed. now.

Now I am stressing over what stove to get all I know will be stainless to go with the fridge. Hubby wants gas/ with electric oven, I think I want smooth top slide in. But I did see a stand alone smooth top that has an oven drawer at the bottom. That is pretty cool.

Anyway that is what I have been doing.
