Monthly payments when upgrading parkhoppers

My sister was wondering if the monthly payments are reduced if your deposit is the amount of the parkhoppers you upgrade, and not just the $99 they say is a down payment. I've never done the monthly payments so I don't know how this works.

They divide the remaining balance over 12 months to get the monthly payments.
