Figuring a SSR purchase.....$98 Point - $90 per after rabate - 150 points
$14,700-$1470=$13230 , with the rebate you can apply $1200 rebate towards you deposit. So the down payment would actually be $270.
Finance $13230 for 10 years at 9.75% = $173.01 per month, dues would be $49.75 per month. Total cost should be $222.76. Good luck....

I think that number is a little off because we just bought 160 points with the minimum down payment and our monthly payments are about $160 not counting dues.

We bought 150 points with just the minimum down payment, and our monthly payments are $153.

150 x 98 per point = 14700
Your down payment of 10% = 1470
DVC's down payment = 1200 (8 x 150, the 8 per point off discount)
Amount to be financed = 12030

9.75% interest (assuming you finance with Disney taken out of your account) with a 10 year term = a payment of $157.32 + 49.75 per month for Dues (assuming 3.98 for SSR for 12 months)
