Monte Cristo - what color is the cheese?

My daughter is sensitive to food dyes, so I'd like to know if the Monte Cristo has orange cheese or white cheese. I think the one with ham has Swiss cheese which is fine, but can anyone tell me if there is orange cheddar in the 3 cheese Monte Cristo? I already tried e-mailing Disney special diets, but this is the response I got: "As you are seated in the restaurant, be sure and ask to meet with the Chef on Duty. The Chef will be able to show you food ingredient labels." That's great, but I know from experience that will take a long time.

The menu says swiss, mozzarella, and double cream brie, looks like no cheddars of any type.

There was definitely no orange cheese. At least the last few times that we've had it.

The cheese is all white. If you are still concerned, I'm sure you can ask for it to be all one kind of cheese if you explain your daughter's sensitivity.
