The Disney Store started the presales on Monsters, Inc today. It comes with 4 really cool Lithographs. $19.99 for the DVD and $15.99 for Video

There is a promo going on if you spend $50.00( must included Monsters Inc presale), you get a $10.00 gift card (on your next purchase) AND a $10.00 coupon to use towards a Halloween costume.

Tarzan and Jane came out today, too.

You can pre-buy the DVD through the catalog too and upgrade it to get a toy and a pin.
I am still debating...
May go for the catalog order and upgrade, and use the DS catalog to get free shipping.

I can pick up tarzan and Jane ($19.99); pre-order Peter Pan II($19.99)and pre-order Monsters ($19.99); get a $10.00 gift card, get another $10.00 coupon for Halloween costume PLUS my lithographs for Peter Pan and Monsters????


OR:

Order Monsters ($19.99), buy a backpack ($24.50) or Country Bear plush ($28) and then get something small for around $4-$6 and get: Monsters lithos, $10 gift card, $10 halloween costume coupon, free country bears movie ticket and another $10.00 TDS coupon (attached to the movie ticket)?

Let me know if anyone tries any of these. Can you combine the offers described above?


Also--are any of those coupons good on pre-ordering Beauty and the Beast??

Not sure if the card if good for Beauty and the Beast or not. It is a normal gift card though.

We had no problem combining discounts last night. We bought the Monsters DVD pre-sale (19.99), Tarzan and Jane (19.99), Max Keeble (19.99) and Air Bud (19.99).

We saved $4 for buying both Max and Air Bud, saved 10% with DC, got the $10 gift card, and the $10 coupon.

It came to arund $72, but if you figure in the gift card, that is only $62 for 4 DVDs! That is a pretty good savings.

The way they explained it to us at the store is that the gift card will not be good for the Beauty and the Beast pre-order. There is something in the system that prevents this. But, there is so much more available to use the $10.00 on. School House rocks is coming out, Rollie Pollie Ollie, so many cool things, and the adult sweatshirts!!!!! I am really excited about these b/c they are classic.

I asked about useing the Gift Card to pre-order Beauty and the Beast and I was told no problem at all and that she was planning on doing it herself once the pre-ordering was happening at the store.

It's just a regular old Gift Card so it can be used to purchase any merchandise.
