What time do the monorails start running?

This is what I was told:

Epcot monorail: An hour before Epcot opens.
Resort monorail: 6:30 AM
Express monorail: Might be delayed until 20 minutes before Magic Kingdom opens (regular hours).

The sign above the esclator to the Monorail station at the Contemporary says the Resort Monorail starts at 7:00 AM.

I got on the first monorail run of the day, at the Polynesian, at about 7:05. The driver/pilot told me they start running at 7am. I would imagine that the Epcot monorail starts about the same time since monorail resort guests need some way to get to Epcot for early ADRs.

I asked this question a while ago because we have an early breakfast ADR at Akershus. I was told the resort monorail starts at 7:00am and the Epcot monorail starts at 7:30am.

Resort Monorail, 11 p.m. or 1+ hour after the MK closes, whichever is later.

Express Monorail no less than 1 hour after the MK closes.

Epcot Monorail no less than 1 hour after Epcot closes.

I've done a search on this and have found (surprise, surprise!) conflicting info on when the Epcot monorail starts running. We have 8:10 am ADRs at Akershus and we are staying at Poly. Have read that it starts working at 7:30 am. Have also read 1 hour before opening time (which would be 8:00 am). Which one is it? We will have a car and can drive, but would greatly prefer to take the monorail.
