You'll need to get over to the MK or Epcot to pick up one of the monorail lines. There will be direct buses from your resort to either park.
Starting at Epcot might be the most efficient if you want to ride both routes. From the bus depot at Epcot, go to the monorail station and take the train to the TTC. At the TTC, switch to the resort monorail and it will take you to the Poly, GF, MK and CR in that order. You can get off at any stop and look around, shop or eat (at the resorts, not in the MK unless you want to burn a day on your tix), then go back to the TTC. From there, switch back to the Epcot line and pick up a bus to your resort from Epcot.
If you go to the MK, you can walk from the bus area, past the main entrance and pick up the resort monorail. It will take you to the Contemporary, then to the TTC.
You can change to the Epcot monorail at the TTC, if you want, and ride it to Epcot and back to the TTC. Or you can stay on the resort monorail to the Poly, the GF and back to the MK. You're welcome to get off at any of the monorail resorts to look around, then reboard a later train.
Finish up your trip at the MK and go back to the bus stops for a ride back to your resort. Or, if you didn't take the Epcot train earlier and want to do that, stay on the monorail until it gets back to the TTC and switch trains there. You can then just get off at Epcot and take a bus from there back to your resort.
