The Wave is our favorite in the MK area. A very close second is Tambu Lounge, which would rate higher except sometimes it's hard to get a seat.
We did most of our stays at the Swolphin & were partial to the Crescent Lake Stroll.
We do it as much for the food as the drinks tho - we'll have mocktails as much as cocktails, to be honest. Neither of us are big drinkers any more at all. Good thing, since we have to drive now.
