Hi all. Can someone tell me what time the monorail and ferry begin transporting guests to MK each morning? We have an 8:10am ADR for CP on a day the park opens at 9:00 and I read somewhere that they start running approximately 45 minutes prior to rope drop. How in the world will we make it for our ressie if that's the case (we are staying off-site)? TIA!

The Express Monorail and the Ferryboat start 30-45 minutes before opening, but you'll be able to ride the Resort Monorail to MK starting at 7 a.m.

We also have an early ADR at CP on a morning that MK opens at 9am. Can we get on the Resort Monorail from the TTC, or does this mean we will have to park at a WDW resort? If so, how long does the Resort Monorail take vs. the Express Monorail or ferry? (This is our first trip, and our CP ressie is our first day, so I want to make sure we get there on time.)

You may use the resort monorail when parking for the Magic Kingdom (lot at Transportation & Ticket Center) It's clearly labeled "Resort Monorail".
