:wave: After a rough weekend (eating-wise) I needed to get to the gym first thing this morning and that is just what I did. I got in my 45 minutes of cardio and now I am deep cleaning my house (well actually at this moment I am taking a break :))

So who else has gotten this week off to a good start by exercing?
 
30 minute workout video this morning, then tonight a 45 minute walk and toning.
 
I did my 3 mile powerwalk with Leslie and even did the 15 mins leg toning session which I usually conveniently forget ;)
 

This evening I'll be heading to the gym to take a step class with my favorite aerobics instructor. After 1 hour 15 minutes of cardio(two classes beginning and intermediate) there's 15 minutes of ab work.
 
Hello there! I am a newbie. After a month and a half of not going to the gym at all...I am heading there tonight! I need to get back into my routine. I am re-dedicating myself to working out at least 5 times a week at the gym focusing on cardio and toning. I think I may also add a 6th day with a yoga class! I am a little intimidated by yoga. I am 210 pounds but pretty flexible for my size...at least I think so. Anyone doing yoga or has in the past and could let me know how they enjoyed it?
 
25 minutes of bike riding and 5 minutes of the stair master....not a whole lot of excercise....but some is better than none!!!!!

30 minutes on the treadmill this morning is all I got in. Hopefully tomorrow I'll go for 40 minutes.
 
I did the firm body sculpt and also the third day of the firm abs. Great job to all who got their workouts in.
 
I just got finished with Day One of Week Two of the Couch to 5K program. 26 minutes walking/4 minutes jogging! :Pinkbounc
 
I did the FIRM Total Muscle Shaping this morning.
 
I did a micro-mini workout! :rolleyes: Had to work extra today, so all I had was 15 minutes on the treadmill this a.m. after the kids got on the bus. Not a lot, but I figure it's better than nothing!:crazy:
 
I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill this morning and another 1.5 miles this evening. :D

(It was cold this morn)
I did manage to finish my day at 11,000 steps
 
A little over 10000 pounds on the weight circuit and an hour cardio dance class.
 
Wow,
A great day for exercisers! As usual, I am late to check in here, but I did a new weight workout then a couple miles on the treadmill. My legs feel like spaghetti :crazy: Hoping to drop that last pound by Thursday to claim success for the No Foolin' Around challenge and a new clippie.

Well...Today was an odd one for sure. DBF is awful for the workout plan!

We walked two miles, which is quite dandy!

We went out for pizza after...which is less good.

Better than nothing, though, right?!

Congrats to all who are doing so well, keep it up and light a torch under my buns, too!

30 min, 2 mile WATP video with 2 lb weights throughout. (broken record here) :rolleyes:
