Still waiting for "the talk"

After a rough weekend (eating-wise) I needed to get to the gym first thing this morning and that is just what I did. I got in my 45 minutes of cardio and now I am deep cleaning my house (well actually at this moment I am taking a break
) So who else has gotten this week off to a good start by exercing?



Had to work extra today, so all I had was 15 minutes on the treadmill this a.m. after the kids got on the bus. Not a lot, but I figure it's better than nothing!
