good luck, those are the worst for me. I failed the one hour with both my girls but passed the three hour....but having to sit there was torture....not to mention the thick yucky orange drink. Am not looking forward to that!

I was hoping to post my birth story, but haven't finished writing it yet, but I didn't want to leave you hanging!!!!

Friday I delivered (after some tiny drama) a healthy baby................

BOY!!!!! Casey Joseph was born at 2:55pm, after 3 hours and 55 mins of labor, 2 (yes, just 2) pushes, weighing 7lbs 7oz and 20in long.

We came home yesterday and I can honestly say the 1st night was HARD. I was tired, hormonal and my big boys were having some adjustment/boredom issues so I had a lil breakdown...then Casey decided he doesn't want to sleep at night so I had maybe a total of 3 hours of sleep...and not all at once!

I'm hoping tonight is better!!!!!!

CONGRATS!!! I love Joseph. We are naming our boy Aaron Joseph! Also, I was 7lb 7oz! :)

Sorry about the drama, the first night being hard, and Casey not sleeping at night (though I hear this is fairly normal and am preparing for it).

Well, I did a little shopping for the baby over the weekend. We were at Costco on saturday and came across a 53" teddy bear! It is so huge and soft! I will put it in a corner of her room with a bug bow on it!

Awesome! Sounds so cuddley! Post a pic if you get a chance:goodvibes

Ooooh, Disney meet up! My days off are on Tuesdays and weekends and I am happy to meet up wherever and whenever. :thumbsup2 Living so close to the parks does have its perks.

I am actually headed to Downtown Disney tonight to meet up with a friend of the family who is town and wanted to see DH and I.

Star: Casey is adorable! He looks just like his big Brothers!

I have my 36 week apt tomorrow morning and I believe will start the once a week deal after that. According to the hospital scales I am up 10 pounds total. :rotfl: I have been eating lots of higher cal stuff since my last apt when I had blood sugar and blood pressure drops. Have not gained an ounce... What is up with this? When I am NOT pregnant just looking at fatty food makes me gain multiple pounds. Pregnant and I can't gain when even when I try. Not that I mind, this is a pleasant problem to have. :goodvibes

This past weekend DH and I assembled all the baby gear. It involved a bit of confusion and swearing. We had to refer to youtube when dealing with the carseat, but everything got done. DH is starting to get very excited and it is so cute to see him like that. This weekend we will do a BRU run to finish up a couple things we still need. However, we are pretty much just waiting for Charlie!

Will update soon!

Cool Beans! I will PM you with my cell phone. Meg already has mine and she is going to text me when she is there! So can't wait to be pooooool side!

Had my 36 week appointment today! All is well. I was a bit nervous about the cervix check, but since I have not had any contractions and am super low risk the OB said she didn't feel it necessary to do one now. She will start at my next appointment. My weight gain total is at 11 pounds. :thumbsup2

I dropped by BRU to pick up a mattress that BIL had gotten for us and will also be headed out to mail of my nephew G's birthday gift. I got him a nice wooden train (kid is obsessed with wheels) and some paint to decorate it. My brother and SIL are super organic types so this seemed like an agreeable gift to them. Though I have learned in the past that no matter how hard I try (or follow their exact requests) I should not expect any sort of thankyou or acknowledgement of the gift.

DH sent me a link to a new childrens book coming out. We have a very twisted sense of humor sometimes and this article just made me laugh hysterically. He heard about the book on NPR and sent me the article, So for those with a slightly twisted sense of humor here is the article:

I am quite tempted to get the little book when it comes out just for giggles. Not to actually read to her, but to have around for fun.

Hope everyone is doing well!

That is so funny! :lmao: I've been there and done that! Now they need to write one about screaming in the car while on a road trip! My DH got out of a speeding ticket when my DD12 was 1.5 because he told the officer that after listening to DD cry for the last 40 min while singing "Wheels on the Bus" we "just needed to get home!"
