Mom's At It Again! ***Updated 4/30/2009~Trip Report Link**

Missy - you guys are getting so close!!!!! :woohoo: :cool1: :thumbsup2

Love the envelopes! They look great! :goodvibes

And what a fun and awesome idea for the April Fool's celebration! You're so creative.

Once upon a time there were a bunch of DISers who were going to the Magic Kingdom in the Month of April. There was Queen Missy & King Jeff, and the 3 princes from NY, and also the Duke of Colorado, Sir Jared, plus a bunch more assorted royalty from Ye Olde Internette.

Soon, they would all be Soarin' on Dumbo the Flying Elephant and Taking a Magic Carpet Ride with Aladdin & Jasmine while Fuzzy Blue Hawaiian Space Aliens Escaped to drink pineapple float Dole Whips, and eat in a Magic Castle with Cinderella, only to be abducted by the Pirates of The Caribbean who takes them on a Jungle Cruise--shortly after which a Little Mermaid helps them get away on the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad where they stop off and find refreshment at the Crystal Palace before being whisked into outer space by Buzz Lightyear to defeat the evil emperor Zurg and then being kidnapped by singing forest vermin and being Not So Scared by Snow White's Adventures, and thrown off a Mountain making a big Splash soon after which they have a Mad Hatter's Tea Party, with tea sweetened by Pooh's Hunny, and make Wishes upon a star before going back to their home at the Riverside Port of Orleans on the Sassagoula River where Peter Pan leads them to Never Neverland, where they dream of a Great Big Beautiful Tommorow and find out its a small world after all.

One day, they awoke from their royal slumber to discover that...

WE'RE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS!!!!

Thanks and welcome back! Sorry your trip has come to an end, but I can't wait to hear about it...did you enjoy being on property? Did you like the KimPossible adventure? How were the crowds? Looking forward to your report! ;)

I will mention one thing about the Kim Possible Adventure - make sure you get the FP for it before entering the World Showcase (or right when you do). That was our big mistake. Your ticket will most likely send you to a different location to begin and you don't want to be walking all the way back over to somewhere you've already been. :sad2: The CM did mention she could change it for us later if we needed, but they prefer not to. You probably are more prepared for it than I was, but just wanted to mention it just in case.

Crowds weren't too bad, but we always got there early. It didn't seem any crazier than normal.

And that's all you're gettin' from me! :rolleyes1

My youngest, Jonah (DS8), lost his other front tooth this weekend. Now he has no front teeth and I'm SO excited about how cute our Disney pictures will be! LOL! ;)

Our 2005 pictures are just like that. Madeline and her toothless, hillbilly grins in every picture.;):rotfl: I think they totally capture her age. You'll never forget how old Jonah was when you look at your pictures.:)

Less than 2 weeks!!! :cool1:

Aww, I love when my kids are toothless too. It's too cute!!!!!!! They just look so sweet.

ONLY 13 MORE DAYS NOW!!!!

So cute!!

I actually lost my second tooth at breakfast the first day we were at Disney my very first time we went!

Thanks everyone! I think he's adorable! I'm so glad it happened when we will be taking lots of pictures so I can have the memories! I have one pic of myself without my two front teeth..he'll have hundreds!! LOL!

Got to love the toothless smile! :goodvibes

(Did you see I posted another reply to you before your update?)

I didn't see you sneak this one in! I must have been posting!

Thanks for the tip about KimPossible. That is something that I probably would not have considered...great advice!

Glad to hear the crowds were manageable. My crowd level numbers all went up to 7s! Yours were at the same level so I'm glad you felt okay about them. I guess if you go in with a good plan you'll be ahead of the game!

Come on....that's IT??? :lmao:

He most definitely is! :goodvibes

We just got there at rope drop and did the hardest to get on attractions first. We had a pretty relaxed plan on this trip, but whatever our must dos were - we did them right away or got FP. We also left by mid-afternoon when it was just too crowded for our liking.

Come on....that's IT??? :lmao:

I need to keep some things for my TR! :rotfl:

Alex lost both of his front teeth at WDW in 2007! I knew they were ready to come out so I made him up a t-shirt that said "I lost my tooth at WDW" with Chip or Dale... I can't remember which one... And so Zach wouldn't be left out, he got a shirt that said, "My brother lost his tooth at WDW". ;)

Luckily I planned ahead and brought our special tooth fairy pillow along.

Oh my heck, you are one organized mommy! On at least 5 separate occasions, whatever child has put the tooth expectantly under her pillow has come into my room in the morning with said tooth telling me that the tooth fairy didn't come. We have one very absent minded tooth fairy at our house!:rotfl:

The Tooth Fairy at our house has done the exact same thing! We must have the same one! LOL! :rotfl:

I first posted this list about 2 weeks ago. Now that I only have 12 days to go, I figured it was time to see what progress I have made and what still needs to be done.

Just a note about Steve's site and entertainment listing...

I checked it on Thursday (we left the next day), but it only went until Friday or Saturday I believe. I printed out the times anyway because he said it didn't really change much. Unfortunately, the times were quite different and we ended up not being able to work in Off Kilter (we just didn't have the energy to walk back around in the humidity). :sad1:

Thanks for posting that picture! It gave me warm fuzzies. :goodvibes I really loved those postcards! I should have bought one for myself. :rotfl:

Have you done online check in before?? I should have that part of my TR up in a few days.

I keep re-reading your list and noticing more things. :rolleyes1

We bought THREE cases of water and took them with us (I guess they were cases - how many in a case??) and went through all of it! AND we usually got a couple of water bottles with meals throughout the day too. It was quite humid a few of the days we were there and with five of us - we really went through a lot of water. Just to let you know. :thumbsup2
