GO Red Wings!!
2008 Champions!!!
WOO HOO!!
My thoughts exactly......

GO Red Wings!!
2008 Champions!!!
WOO HOO!!
Also....whats the deal with the huge strollers and the thirty pounds of stuff?? Seriously. Whats wrong with a small umbrella stroller, a diaper day-bag, and one each of the blanket/toy/pillow trilogy? How long are you dragging that poor child to the park?? I used to travel with TWO kids in diapers who are 12 months apart in age with less stuff for a WEEKEND than some of these people carry to the parks, I swear. I saw one lady with THREE bags for ONE child!!
What could go wrong, right??![]()
Oh....the horror.......![]()
Spencer was scared of the wasps. Then the giant grasshopper came out, and it was OVER for him. The fog came, and he curled into a little ball and started to shake. Brianna was with HHBG, so I dont know how she did (He says she did OK, but announced that she NEVER wanted to go back), all I know is I spent half of the show chanting to Spencer Its all pretend. Youre Ok. Its all pretend Over and over again while he cried that he wanted to leave.![]()
Coming soon: Does the Yak and Yeti live up to its name???
I agree why don't they just bring umbrella ones?Everyone seems to have those big, bulky, take up too much room strollers. You know the ones I mean. The Strollers that fold down and still take up just as much room.
Agree again, it holds everyone upOk, mini rant: WHY do people NOT prepare their strollers and stuff BEFORE the bus gets tot he stop??
I would have tooI was starting to get claustrophobic.....![]()
Oh poor thing, my DD's still refuse to go on it as it's too scary!he curled into a little ball and started to shake. See I'm such a mean Mummy that I won't let the girls play the games as I won't spend any more $Afterwards, the kids wanted to do their midway game, so we let them. Brianna won something and Spencer didnt. Bleh. That pretty much guaranteed that we would have to listen to him whine about that fact for the entire time we were on line for Nemo. LUCKY US.![]()
Oh, ugh - sorry to hear your AK day was so sucky! Very, very glad we skipped Tough to be a bug - I had decided early on that children that were terrified of most real bugs at actual size might really freak out about big huge ones complete with special effects. Sounds like that was a good decision...
I don't get the 3 bags for one baby thing, either, fwiw. Although, I did pack more stuff for AK than any other day, simply because I didn't want everyone to be soaked and cold after Kali, and I knew everyone wanted to ride it.
PEEPS!
Great update!![]()
Great update.
ITA...I have used an umbrella stroller every year since we have taken Jimmy. I could not see lugging one of those BIG HEAVY strollers around WDW for 2 weeks![]()
Poor SpencerI think I am going to skip this again with Jimmy this year

Great update Angela!![]()
YOu really think that you can not take AK in one day, we always end up leaving by like 2 or 3 but i guess we do not see all of shows they have either.
I agree why don't they just bring umbrella ones?

I would have too![]()

I think it's hysterical that Tough to be a bug brings them to tears but they like Dinosaur!![]()
I think some people are just totally oblivious to the fact that they share the planet with others!
Yep, we always skip ITTBAB, too, and I think we'll just keep on skipping. Jordan's TR has inspired me to give AK another chance and see some stuff we haven't--I'm just hoping Dec. will be cool, b/c I think the heat always makes us leave after lunch time.
Yuk on the stroller, and stuff. I refused to carry one of those huge quilted baby bags or have the condo stroller. Of course, I'm not the mom you ask for a bandaid, either.....
Love the bug glasses... so sad they got scared inside and waiting however...![]()
I can't wait to see that Nemo show... we missed it last year...
I can't wait to hear your review of Yak and Yeti... It's on our list to try the CS this year
Well, you are (were) also two adults who could swiftly walk between rides, and wh probably skip such thrill rides as triceratops Spin. We are constantly dragging the kids with us while they whine that they don't want to walk....and stopping for snacks, potty breaks, etc. You'll learn.....
We also have to leave parks by about 2, because the kids start to melt down.
