Mommy and Jack's 2nd Fall Adventure is canceled!

Since we shifted our plans, we will now be arriving on a Sunday. The flight I am hoping to book arrives at MCO around 1 pm. I am hoping to arrive at Pop Century by 2 pm. My plan is to drop off bags, (either in room or with luggage services) and head right to DTD. We will probably be hungry so we will go right to lunch at... Wolfgang Puck Express! I really enjoyed this last time, it's pretty high quality food for a Quick Service location! After lunch we willl start shopping. I will want to browse World of Disney to get an idea of what I want to purchase, and I know we will go to Once Upon a Toy for more "Tato head" pieces. I also want to get a treat or two from Goofy's, and I am sure we will spend time just looking around. Before leaving I will pick up a sandwich to go from Earl of Sandwich. Then we will head to Pop, and get Jack dinner from the food court. I REALLY want to try EOS but I know Jack is not a sandwich eater yet, so this will work out well for both of us. After dinner we might take a walk around the resort, and depending on temperature, I *might* let Jack play in the Goofy fountain before heading to bed earlyish. I will unpack while Jack gets his nightly dose of Stacy! I want to be in bed no later than 9 pm, and I am sure we will both be tired, so it shouldn't be hard. Of course I need to coordinate the pickup of the fridge, so I will have to figure out when we will do that closer to the date.

Ok, it may just be big to me but... I have joined Mouse World Travel as a new agent!! :goodvibes This makes me super happy because it gives me a chance to do what I love doing, but for people other than myself!! I got the idea from several other people who have done this recently, and I am do glad they put me on to it! :worship: Thanks so much !!!

Boy they let anyone join there! :lmao: :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

Hey Stephanie! Finally made it over to your PTR! Aside from our trips overlapping, we have something else in common now....as of April 12th! ;)

Sure seems like it!! I am looking forward to spending some quality time with the College of Knowledge this week, I've been so busy I have barely gotten through much!

I KNEW when I was looking at your facebook pictures that you looked so familiar. Now I know who you are! :rotfl:

I have been SUCH a bad Disser the past week or two!! I am so behind on everyone's PTR's and TR's! Tonight was going to be my night catch up, but then all hell broke loose here at work, people getting arrested etc (I work in a hotel) so I still haven't done much reading! I will spend my "weekend" (I am off the next two days) preparing all kinds of updates about Jack's birthday etc. I will post a sneak peak pic though...

Finally caught up!!! Luke went to bed early tonight and as exhausted as I am, I forced myself to catch up on my subs! :lmao: :lmao:

What do you usually get at Earl of Sandwich? I get the Hawaiian BBQ & it is soooo delicious! I think last year I got macaroni salad & a drink with it, but I can't remember for sure. I do remember that Luke was sleeping while my husband & I ate -- so we got him a meal back at the CBR foodcourt! So I definitely think thats a great idea to grab yourself a sandwich to go & get Jack something at the foodcourt!!! :thumbsup2

I am definitely getting another box of Potato Head pieces!!! I'm hoping they have some Halloween pieces out in September/October! We got alot of neat things last year but I'm hoping he will pick some Minnie pieces for Mrs. Potato Head this year. I think its one of our favorite souvenirs!!! Although, I sometimes think that I love them more than Luke :rolleyes1

It sounds like Jack had alot of fun for his birthday!!!! I can't wait to see more pictures!!! Do you have a close-up pic of the cake? It looks amazing!!! And I love that you & Jack both wore Toy Story shirts!! :goodvibes

Here it is, the long awaited review of Jack's 3rd Birthday!

It all started Sunday April 10th. Jack's birthday was Monday, so Sunday afternoon my aunt, uncle, cousin, and cousin's girlfriend took Jack to the mall to Build-A-Bear. He had a blast, and they also took him to ride the carousel 3 times, and to Panera, where my other cousin is a manager, to have a birthday brownie.

I had to work Monday and Tuesday, so we celebrated Jack's brithday at our house on Wednesday. Monday he got to have Mickey cupcakes at daycare, but I don't have pictures of that.

Wednesday we had a nice dinner and small cake at our house, and Jack got his presents from us. He had started saying he wanted a Cars cake, so I got him a small one for this "party".

On Sunday we had Jack's official party... It was almost entirely family, and there was only one other kid, my cousin's 18 month old daughter.
While we were waiting to eat, some of the older guests got into the Mr. Potato Head stash...

He ended up with a lot of toys and other fun stuff. All in all he had a very good birthday week, and I officially have a house full of toys I don't need!

Things have been so busy around here I have barely had any time to plan! I am finally mostly caught up on all my TR subscriptions... I ahve taken a few days off work here and there (Jack's birthday party, and taking off tomorrow for Easter) so I have had a lot less free time :lmao:

Hope~ I have NEVER made it to Earl of Sandwich! I am trying to get there when I go to San Antonio next month, and the Hawaiian sandwich sounds yummy!

Jen~ He really was excited. He had such a great birthday week! He has so many people who love him, it's really touching, and surprising sometimes!

I have so much going on right now, and I feel like I am always behind on something! I haven't gotten through as much "College of Knowledge" as would have liked. Easter is quickly becoming a massive holiday, we have church tomorrow at 10, then brunch with my grandparents at 12 at our house, then over to our good friend's house for our "adult" Easter egg hunt and dinner (we hunt for airplane sized bottles of alcohol:rolleyes1). It will be nice though because Jack's godfather will be there, and our friend who has 2 boys (one 5 months, one 18 months) and Jack loves to play with them (the kids will hunt for regualr candy filled eggs).

After tomorrow's extravaganza (or should I say "egg-stravaganza" :rotfl2:) I have 2 days of work, including Tuesday which is my ADR day!!!! Then I am off Wednesday (I'm hoping weather is nice so we can go to the zoo) and then I leave for Louisianna for my friends wedding at 7 am Thursday and get back on Sunday, just in time to go to work :headache: After that it's two weeks until our grad trip/cruise! Time is really flying!!

I finally got my dress back from the tailor, it's perfect, and I got my friend's bridal shower gift (her shower is 2 days before the wedding) bought today. I have 4 more days to tan, and hopefully that will be enough!!

On a positive note, we got our new schedules at work and I will be off Sundays and Mondays for the next few months!! Of course, I am continuously looking for jobs that allow me to have a "normal" schedule, and I have one application in already, so we'll see!

I think that's all for now, and since I have some free time, I might actually post a trip related update!! :scared1:

I want a giant inflatable ball to roll around it!! That looks fun!!

Wow, Jack is one lucky kid! Sounds (and looks) like he had such a fantastic week of birthday fun!

This will be our Epcot day! I am so excited about the Food and Wine Festival, I can't even tell you!! Since we will have had an earlyish night the night before I am planning on arriving in time for rope drop. Assuming Jack has reached the 40" mark, we will head directly to Soarin', along with 1/3 of the people there :lmao: I don't have the rest of my "touring plan" decided yet, but basically we will do Future World before lunch, lunch at Sunshine Seasons, then back to Pop for a nap. I want to head back to Epcot around 4 and hit up the World Showcase. I plan on getting a passport made for Jack, and just touring and snacking. I figure we won't be hungry fro dinner, but if we are, we will probably do Mexico QS ( the name at the moment escapes me, can you believe it??) since I enjoyed the nachos last year and they have chicken nuggets for Jack. We will stay for Illuminations as well, before heading back for a nice long sleep in our second home, Pop Century!

Lol, I am pretty sure most of the adults in his life are more excited about that ball than he is! He loves it, but my aunts/uncles/cousins keep askign what the weight limit is on it! :lmao:

I think he had such a good birthday that we might skip next year!

Wow, once I start posting, I just can't stop!!!:lmao:

I ahve been thinking over my ADR's and I am pretty sure I am only making 2 ADR's, which really takes the pressure off. Maybe I won't even get up early to make them! (yeah right!)

Right now I am looking at Kona Cafe for the 27th at 10 am and Tusker House for the 26th at 10 am. I am going back and forth on whether or not to make an ADR for the 25th for an early dinner before the party. I really think I want to be able to be at MK right at 4, since it is our only MK day, and we should just do QS to save time... but the other part of me really wants to get a really fun ADR before our party fun. Of course if we are doing PL at 4:30, I would have to have an ADR for a 3pm lunch or earlier, which woul dhave to be not in a park... and if we are having a late breakfast... I don't know. Are there any restaurants with a good pirate theme? Maybe I should look into that... hmmm...

The only other thing I will need to do is make an appontment at PL, but since the MNSSHP tickets are not on sale yet, I don't know if they will be taking the later reservations for PL... but I will try!

I think I mentioned at the beginning of this PTR (or was in my last TR?) that there would be a possible addition to our party, Jack's godfather. he had mentioned over Christmas about being interested, but he was going through a rough patch (his wife handed him divorce papers when he got off the plane from Afghanistan 2 weeks before Christmas) so I am not sure he remembers talking about it and he hasn't mentioned it since. I am going to broach the subject tomorrow, since if he is still interested I am going to make some additional ADR's since the trip will be a bit different. I'm glad I am seeing him before my ADR day! :rotfl:
