Thanks! I would have been upset had they lost my luggage or didn't let me on the ME bus :scared1:

So this morning I decided to get out the suitcases, and since ME is nice enought that they are sending me extra tags I think I will take 2 medium suitcases instead of 1 big on this year. Less fear I think of going over weight!!!

So in my rummaging through my closet and the basement I found a few more things

My Mickey Antenna from last year!!!

Emma's Tink Hat (I swear I am getting a Mickey ear santa hat this year)

my folding laudry basket (gotta keep the dirty clothes somewhere)

And the 2 blankets I bought last year, I think I will bring them this year so I am not tempted to buy a new one :scared1:

Now I just gotta go pack it all!!!

I NEVER thought of bringing the folding laundry basket!!! That's a great idea!

We have the Minnie Mickey blanket from '08, we gave it to DH's parents. I figured it was one less thing to clutter my house, LOL.

I saw those collapsing baskets when I was on my Zellers jaunt and had it in my hand to buy..... then changed my mind. Then I saw one of those mesh hanging bags to throw laundry into and thought it'd be great to transport our dirty clothes.... then changed my mind.

I think I'm changing it back again. I don't want to use a suitcase to store or carry them... blech.

Mmmm, what did you need the blankets for last time?

The laundry basket folds flat so it was very easy to pack and it kept everything in one place in the hotel room, also easy to carry to the laundry room when I did laundry.

The blankets were great at night when it got chilly. Emma was in a stroller so we kept them in there and they were great for the parades

Here is Emma and the fab 5 blanket

Mom hasn't seen either shoe but I really wanna see Nemo so if we have time, which we probably will since it's evening EMH, we will most likely see LK too

We did early CP last year but it was raining. The last time mom went to WDW we knew nothing (pre DIS) so I am trying to show her some of the cooler things for this trip since I don't know if she will go with us again or not
well hopefully we can at least fit in the LK show! so sweet on your mom- hoping you have a fantastic time with her!
I think your DH will actually like Lion King. There is a ton of action and it's really amazing. My DH can be a downer at times and he LOVED this show.
i've seen the show at least 3x and love it! I think my son will enjoy it too. HOpefully DH will as well. He didn't seem that into the whole 'puppet' thing for nemo. which is funny, one of my old roommates used to sub at the Little Mermaid show which is a lot of puppeteer'ing too. lol

we all brought the laundry baskets like that last year for our 10 day stay at WL and we even used them to take laundry down to the laundry room too- we just piled a bag on the stroller and 'drove it down'. lol!

and love the blankets- i bought the first one last year, but not the second one. I still use it, especially now that it is getting chilly finally here in dallas!

Usually about end of Oct till end of April here... but sometimes it feels like it is all year long! We are to get snow flurries this weekend but last year we had our first significant snow fall on Oct 5.

That is when I have put in to get all the snow here for all of winter... the week we are in Disney. :lmao: I'll take a little dusty on Christmas morning but not any more than that!

I used to totally love the snow... Then our winters kept getting worse and worse, and longer and longer. I would love it at Christmas but end it there. The ice is worst though!
