I hear you on the snow. I just hate it. I have heard thye are calling for a milder winter this year.
I used to totally love the snow... Then our winters kept getting worse and worse, and longer and longer. I would love it at Christmas but end it there. The ice is worst though!
Because of living on the farm, DH is able to use his farm equipment to plow us out. We have a HUGE driveway. I'd have to wait til spring thaw if he didn't get us out! Last winter with snowmageddon and snowpocalypse we were at home 2 days without him when we had the 5 feet of snow. He couldn't make it back from the farm. I had to shovel a path for our goat to get out of her little house so she could walk out to eat. And I had to shovel a path from the garage to the porch for the kitties so they could get out too. It was hilarious seeing the kitties all walking single file through the snow.
I'm glad to hear that maybe this winter will be milder than last. I don't think I can take another one of those! Although it could snow anytime AFTER Dec. 8 and prior to the 15th...or wait....maybe we could get snowed in at Disney!

Oh my I could not handle that much snow. I am very lucky that I live in Southern Ontario and we don't usually get too much snow. Just an hour away in Buffalo they always get nailed pretty bad.
I would not be very upset if it snowed very bad in Buffalo on Dec 17th and I had to spend extra time in Disney![]()
I wouldn't mind in the slightest if my return flights on December 7th were cancelled because of a snow storm in Buffalo.Except that I'd probably already be checked out and at the airport before I found out and then would have no where to sleep.... wait, that would suck really.
Here's hoping to a few days notice!![]()
ouch!!! our weather in Dallas is actually very similar to Orlando, other than the rain. very humid and hot! for us, the summer is the longest. I am loving the weather right now- actually bearable to be outside without sweating to death.well our winter starts in September and ends sometimes in May![]()

I saw on facebook that you are enjoying the weather. Our winter is long here and our spring and fall are very short. It has only hailed one day so far but we have had snow in Oct, and a couple years ago we got snow at the beginning of May![]()
It's snowing!!!! On Long Island!! Crazy! LOL
Yesterday must have been the magic day. I got my Disney Documents too. I was starting to think they weren't coming! Now, you are set! Is it just me or does time seemed to have slowed down, as far as Disney goes???
Yuck on the snow front! But BBBRrrrrrr is it cold here!
Congrats on getting your documents! It is so exciting isn't it?
Time is flying by for me too! My oldest son will be home for leave later this week and will be home for a couple of weeks! I can't wait to see him!!! While he is home we will be having a party for him, Thanksgiving and, oh yeah, Payton's 10th birthday party!
