Subbing! I'm a little late...but better late than never. DBF and I are going Dec. 8-13

Where are you staying?

For me it probably has a lot to do with Gavin getting sick and then his surgery on Monday. I have been housebound for too long. Days always seem longer when you only get out long enough to take and pick up Brenda from Preschool.

I bet it does. I see on facebook he's been having hard nights. I really hope it gets better for him soon so you all will have a great vacation! Don't forget we are meeting up on the 9th!!!

I do remember the last time that things were slow for the first few days with Gavin. It takes time to adjust.. and no matter what "illness" you have its always worse at night. He is sleeping now so hopefully it will stay that way.

I have you on the schedule for a meetup on the 9th. I was thinking maybe in the evening at the food court. That way if the kids are tired I won't be rushed. I can hurry back, get them to bed and come right back. Jon can stay in the room with them. I know we are having dinner that evening at HS so we may take a last look at the lights and then head to the room. Let me know about your plans on the 9th and what works for you. If this doesn't we can work something else out!

We are going to have a mild winter because DH got a new 4-wheeler with a plow and he can't wait to use it, rather than shovel or use the snow blower!

last night me and my Best Friend went into the city to see

I love this play and this is the 3rd time I have seen it!!!!

I bought the tickets in May and made sure I got great seats, we were so close I got all this!!!

What a great night out!!!


Then this morning I checked my mail and what was there........

I will be at Coronado - our first time! We've never stayed Mod before so I'm excited.

And how exciting to get your ME tags! We are 4 weeks away now!

I am 4 weeks tomorrow!!! Our resort has changed 3 times since the start of the trip but now we are for sure at Pop

So I had decided I couldn't afford MVMCP this year and was actually happy with the plans I have made...


Then today my brother sends me a message and asks how much the party would cost for the 4 of us and that he would buy the tickets for my Christmas present

Now you would think I am happy about this, and I am but now I don't know where to put it in my schedule. So I was looking things over and here are a few options, let me know what you guys think

our arrival day is Dec 9 and it is room only so we have no park tickets. We could do MVMCP that night but our flight doesn't get in till 5pm which wouldn't put us at the park till well after 7pm. I know the party starts at 7 but I would like to get in early and take advantage of the time and get in line for the Dwarfs, plus I have plans to meet Tammy this night at Pop

The next option was the original night I was going to go which is Dec 16th. The problem with this is we leave extremely early the next morning so we would be exhausted and we are already spending the whole day at MK.

The last option id Dec 14th. This is our second Epcot day and we have dinner scheduled at 1900Park Fare which would be convenient to go to MK after but this was also the night I had planned on us heading over to the Boardwalk

So now that you all see my Dillema

Skip the Boardwalk. The party would be much more fun and like you've said convenient with 1900 Park Fare.

Can you squeeze the Boardwalk in another day?

Go on the Mirvish website, if you go down there the night of a performance you can get last minute tickets for $25. I am thinking of going again

Skip the Boardwalk. The party would be much more fun and like you've said convenient with 1900 Park Fare.

I think you should go the 14th and see if you can go visit Boardwalk another day... Maybe your arrival night, or a mid day break from DHS or Epcot since it would be close to boat over for a bit...

I am leaning towards the 14th. I never thought of Boardwalk on arrival day, everyone always wants DTD but maybe the boardwalk and beaches and cream would be a good way to start a vacation

Well, it's utterly clear that December 14th is the BEST night to go to the party....then you can come to our dis-meet in front of the Plaza for the 10:30pm parade! Of course! The funnest people (is that a word?) will be there on the 14th!
