Well, I actually burned my neck with the curling iron when I was in HS.... but no one believed me..... (well, my parents did, but the kids at school thought I was pretty cool.....)

Wouldn't you know it.... I burned my neck the same darn way just a month ago......

My best friend had a kitten that would suck on your skin, so I blamed it on the kitten. Obviously I was young and didn't know what I was doing.

just last week I was getting my nails done and the guy doing them had them all over his neck...I was so grossed out.

I think my son was more embarassed by the fact that it gave me an excuse to do another sex talk. It also got me talking more about the current gf and asking how serious things were.
I think the gf's dad also said something to him so he got it two times. But i'm sure his friends think he's cool.

True.. I once dated a real doodie head who was extremely immature and he would actually jump on me and suck hickeys on weird places on my arms or neck. I bruise really easily, so he thought it was hilarious, I was not so impressed. Thankfully my parents saw him do this one day so they never questioned it.

My parents knew what was going on in HS, but they couldn't stop it either. Didn't help that my skin is so sensitive. But, they gave me dirty looks, told me how embarassing it was for them, etc EVERY time. Now I'm embarassed and yell at DH about it.

My boyfriend was simply kissing my neck to make me laugh while i was on the phone....well he kissed too hard and i had a noticable hickey on my neck....It was 2nd round for sorority recruitment...I had to wear my hair down

My 9 year old just discovered that he can leave red marks on his arm by sucking on it. I pity his first girl friend. Of course, he "hates" girls and is NEVER getting married. (We'll see what he says in a few years.)

apparently gf's mom told son they made here dd look trashy. I can't imagine how he felt having that conversation. So I guess this is cured for the time being. Plus he and this gf broke up. There are days when I just say, God help me survive my boys being teens. In another week the twins get their licenses. Aack! Which is worst, gf's or driving?

When my DH and I were dating he thought it was fun to try to put these on me. I hated it but I bruised really easy so really on half milliminute and I had one. He once did this to my forehead and I had to tell everyone at work that I had walked into a door. I worked retail so I got a lot of strange remarks as to I should be more careful around doors. I really could have hurt him for that!
