Ok, since I've been to WDW (in August it will be my 5th time) with toddlers and preschoolers in tow every time I usually have tons of "kid" things to pack.
Don't forget sunscreen and I always see if I can get a sunblock stick for the little one's faces. And lip balm with a high spf too.....that florida sun is brutal and my kids lips always get sunburned. And a hat....I posted before that we get disney ones to autograph, but you could bring any hat but I find that it really helps the little ones with the sun and the glare.
I was laughing about your DH with his cokes. I would definitly get them for the room. In fact, we usually pick up a bottle of merlot for our room. Sometimes b/w running around all day and being wound up, plus so excited it can be hard to finally settle down and fall asleep....it helps to have a glass of wine before bed with DH!
Extra camera battery or memory card, whichever you use.
Extra pony tail holders (I always seem to lose mine, and dd is consantly losing hers)
Last year I had a loaf of ww bread in the room with peanut butter and jelly and I made a lot of quick sandwiches for the kids. Sometimes they were for breakfast, or a late snack. They ate so much junk and DH and I don't like to nag them to eat healthy in disney so I found that if they said they were hungry I could give them something quick and healthy.
If I think of more, I'll post......
