Wic, birthdays are often days to take stock. Just make sure to count all the good things along with the bad. I am betting that they are the much longer list. Old? You??? Nah, not from the tone of your messages and such. It just might be the medical issues right now but just think of it as a classic car that reaches a certain mileage. Might need a bit of renovation but because it is so beautiful and loved it is worth the investment. My BAD birthday was when I turned 30 and I have nearly doubled that now.

Nancy, it is when I drive on property, get my room, get unpacked, rest a bit and then find myself on the monorail for a few trips around before getting off at the Poly for a night of food and fireworks. Main Street is special also though.

My BAD birthday was when I turned 30 and I have nearly doubled that now.

For some reason I found 29 more traumatic than 30. I guess it was the anticipation. I was absolutely miserable that I was getting old. However if we're still hanging around in a few years, be ready to console me heavily if I live to 35.

Molly Hatchet and the Gin Blossoms were great but I ended up telling off the leader singer to Molly Hatchet

I bought a t-shirt for them to autograph and they made us all wait for over an hour and I missed most of the Gin Blossoms Concert but could hear them from where I was standing.

I was talking to the production staff and one of them reconized me and I told him how on professional this band was to have us wait this long for them to be driven in a limo 1000 yards to where we were waiting(there was not that much room to drive a golf cart let alone a limo)but I did tell them they sounded awesome after 30 years. The keyboard player looked at me and said he was sorry for the wait and said that he watched me on tv!! I was like how did you know about me cuz I didn't say a thing to you guys, he just smiled and said we had met before at a match that I was at and let me tell you I was blown away I still don't remember this.

Is there anyone I have missed that is planning on being there that nite? Is there anyone else that you want there poohbear? I have a few special folk that will make the party fun on the list. I can not name them here due to site restrictions but they will be great to have along if they can make it.

I have tons of projects to do so I need to get this out of the way ASAP and also need to know so I can notify Disney and hopefully set up some cool pixie dust moments. (nothing guaranteed but worth a shot and they will want to know numbers) That will have to be started by this coming weekend to give them time to decide what and if they are doing anything.

Favor bags....if you are contributing to them please get your items to me by August 8. I want to pack them up for the trip. Any items not in the bags prior to me leaving for Florida will have to be handed out either after the party or before arriving at the meet point. I meant real life humans. If there is anyone (board members) that is coming and you are not on the list please let me know. I planned for 20 board members. Whatever we have left will go to the other non-member family units. Then if there is anything left after that, we can create some pixie dust of our own by handing a bag or 2 out to a cute family going by.

The bags have something for everyone (age/gender/etc) so that each person attending does not need to recieve a seperate bag. It is kind of a family unit type favor bag. Plus...I am not crazy enuf to haul over
50+ favor bags into the MK so everybody has their own

Figment, my dd told me she hated being 29 because no one believed she was telling the truth. I lied about my age to make myself older when I was young and then my husband lied about my age to make me younger even though he is gobs older than I. Age is mind over matter. If you don't mind, it don't matter!

Pooh, nothing gets you recognized more than being on TV, not that they always know where they know you from. I am always getting people coming up to me and they think they know me. I am not even nearly as famous as you though. I do not do autographs, giving or getting.

MV, I am relieved that you did not take offense. I figured you would understand but when I got no reply I was not sure. It is alright if I bring my stuff with me as I am driving is it not? I am making some special DVD's for everyone.

WARNING!! I have heard some rumblings that a few of my sisters might be planning to surprise me by coming down to DW for a few days. The reason for the warning is that I am the most NORMAL one of the bunch. Honestly, a few of my sisters in one place at the same time is much better than any comedy club anyone has ever been to.

Hey everyone! Did you miss me? Did you guys even notice that I was gone for 10 days? Vacation was fabulous. I'll post pictures later. As much fun as we had, it's so good to be home.

SG-The last two days of my vacation was a family reunion. My grandmother had 5 children. All of her children, grandchildren and great-grand children were there, except one grand daughter & her brood. There were 40 of us eating, laughing & playing. My husband says we're like a sitcom but the crew forgot to set up the cameras. We all joke about loving our family so much because they're as crazier & louder than we are.

I miss them already.

We did 7 days at a beach house on the Gulf of Mexico (Florida, but not Disney). It was beautiful and relaxing. Unlike my WDW vacations, I didn't plan much at all. I prepared a list of things in the area to do, places to eat, etc. After that, we just winged it. Most of the days, we spent hanging out at the house, watching our daughter plan in the sand, walked on the beach or built sand castles. We did a wildlife boat tour at Wakulla Springs (Edward Ball State Park), ate at some great restaurants and drove down the coast, enjoying the view. After that, we visted his grandmother & aunt for a day in South Alabama. Friday evening until Sunday morning, we spent with my family. On Sunday we drove to Atlanta, and spent the evening with a friend & herchildren. We ate a great dinner, drank margaritas & excellent wine and then our flight left for home before noon on Monday.

Oh yeah, we also went through three different rental cars. The first two they gave us had issues. Ugh. What a hassle that was because our isolated beach house wasn't all that close to the rental car location.

Thank you. Still dont know what to do about what is happening Friday. I cant go take care of it at the help place cause it is in the idiots name and not mine. When I called they said they need him to come in. Yeah like that is gonna happen, same with the med stuff which has to be in this Fri. SNORT.. According to him at lunch about that item that was sent here, anything done is not my decision anyway. WHATEVER! Not my problem anymore. I am done. Let him figure it out. I am tired of being in charge.
