Hi everyone. I am not getting messages, bummer.

I have been busy for the last few days painting. I kept reading about everyone painting and it just made me realize that my living room needed it. Then of course it made my carpet look dirty so I had to steam clean it till I can replace it. Man I never realized how old I am getting till feeling how sore painting makes my body feel. lol Linda how the heck do you paint often and not ache afterward?

Oh yeah, I will be at Epcot on the 6th too but we are eating at Le Cellier that evening around the same time. Hopefully, we can see you and Timmy that night too.

I survived the County Fair, barely. Had the nicest experience in that we stopped to hear a bluegrass band and a young boy got up to sing and it was one of my readers. He is special to me. Love that kid's giggle. I do not hear it much anymore. I think he is being abused. Not sure though. I am keeping an eye on him. He was tickled when I asked him for his autograph.

My boys did well at the fair and we had a birthday party for my oldest grandson. He is 17. How can that be possible??? We all went over to his girlfriend's house last night to visit with her parents. The kids were not thrilled but we all had a good time. I know the family as one of my former 4-Hers had married into the family during a hard time in her life. Nice folks.

Timmie, I thought I was obsessive in taking my own sheets and such. I try not to think too hard and trust Disney more than most though. I clean too much at home too. Do you want to come down and do my room too? I do not blame you though. I do not have sleep apnea anymore since I lost weight. I am surprised that you have it since you are not big at all.

Ang, I got a ressie at Kona for 5:20 on the 30th but might be changing that to the Luau as Lucy is intending on visiting some family in Orlando when we are there and might not be using all of her points. I do not care for it so much but think she might.

Nancy, you got some very good advice on your invitation. The more brains the better. It is hard to see things when you are so close to the subject.

Figment, you judge all parks by Disney huh? Me too. I do not go to any others nowadays. Heck, I judge pretty much everything by the Disney experience and most things come up lacking.

cherylp3, you must have special inlaws to prefer spending time with them to going to DL. Good for you!

My youngest grandson will be spending this week with me. He then goes to camp for the next two weeks then a family vacation and then back to school. I am going to enjoy this time with him and then get to doing some serious work on getting in shape to meet you all! BTW, he bought a book on trivia and has been enjoying trying to 'stump grandma'.

Glad to see you had a wonderful time at the Fair. That is awful that your one reader might be being abused please keep an extra eye out for him the poor thing.

But I do have a great relationship with my MIL and she likes my mom too

We went to a wrestling match at a friend of ours bar. This guy, Zuma, claimed to be on the All Stars and wrestled with Hulk Hogan. He wore a blue Elvis style costume with Rock N Roll on the back with a radio at his ear. I really felt bad for him because he walked with a limp you could tell his knees and hips were not doing well and yet he got in the ring and wrestled. He really seemed like a nice guy though. It was actually more comedy than wrestling. It was him and some 20 something year old guy, 2 girls, and a little person wrestling. I actually felt kind of bad for them as they all seemed like misfits in a way but heck if they are having fun and enjoying their lives all the power to them. They were funny though and ended up getting really drunk which made it all the funnier. Then the little person kept coming up to my friend and hitting on her all the while slurring his words. She will never live that down; I will tease her about it till we are old and gray.

cherylp3, I once read a saying that happy families are all alike but that unhappy ones are all different. We never had in law problems, at least not from the parents.

Pooh, I have so many pictures that I do not need more. I am tempted to not even carry a camera but I do like having pictures of my DIS buddies. I am sure you will not have a problem finding folks to share a Photopass with you. Seems to be a great idea from what I have read. You KNOW that I keep an eye on ALL kids.

Had my ultrasound done on my neck last night, won't hear anything for a couple days....but the tech never made any comments or stop and re-look at any one spot, so I'm hoping that's a good sign!

Isn't waiting for Ticketmaster to open just a great thing! I had to do that a few months ago when the Jimmy Buffett tickets went on sale! I was right on at 10:00 and I still had a wait time for tickets!

Wic, , yep we do tend to watch carefully when the techs are checking us out. I got to see my own heart a thumping recently. Surreal. Please let us know when you get the good news. Your trip is still on, is it not?

Pooh, have you read Paula Deen's autobiography? I was interested since I have agoraphobia also and was interested in her experiences. I just did not see the symptoms of it in her life story but learned far more than I wanted to know about her. It is one thing to make mistakes, another to be proud of them and unrepentant. I liked her more before I read the book.

Jimmy Buffet tickets I would go to some trouble for, if I were able to drive to one of his concerts. What do you think the chances are of him doing a Disney concert?

My grandson has not arrived yet. Never quite sure what to do until he gets here. He just got a new trivia book and has been intent on quizzing grandma. He was asking me about the similarities between the Lincoln and Kennedy assassinations. I was smiling inwardly as I lived through that (NOT Lincoln's assassination ) and knew all the answers including Kennedy's secretary's FULL name. Hope I do not disappoint him as all I have is a brain nowadays, sometimes.

Wic, I hope your test comes back OK. I would say thats a good sign that the tech did not stop to concentrate on any one area or re look at any area.

S/G, glad to see you had a good time at the fair. The Lake County Fair is next week here and best of all I can walk to it. They are moving the fair next year so this will be our last year to be able to walk to it.

The work nurse keeps telling me the 2nd medication must be working...because my bp is down to 128/78 Guess it must be good! Other than the lousy side effects, I'm feeling good! I'm getting used to the 3-4 hours of daily dizziness!

I think they have a huge food show here in Boston every year too, my friend Jess goes with her friend who's a professional cook!
