my dad past away at 4:10PM, Monday and is being buried right now at 1AM our time. Which is 1PM at home.

Thank you for all your support and prayers. My last request is for us to pray for him for a safe journey and may he rest in peace.

SIGH...the in-laws are in the area this week and we dont get paid till Friday so I would rather they come over on Friday and tomorrow we just do something at the state park or somewhere else. NNNNNNOOOOOOOO...he wants to have them over alllllllllll day tomorrow and it is a poor day and I hate only having Kool Aid and milk to offer them to drink. I want to grocery shop before they. come over. Plus it gives me an extra day to clean house. Step mom in law is the kind that gives "THAT LOOK" (you know, the wrinkled nose and sideways glare) if everything is not spotless-I dont need added stress, thank you very much Bsides it supposed to be icky tomorrow and we would be stuck in the house...ugg. At least Friday they wouldnt be here as long and I wont be as stressed. Well off to clean..mwwuufff!

Vixie, I suffered from the same pangs when I was younger. My daughter will not invite me to her home because she thinks I would not 'approve' of her housekeeping. I did not raise her to keep house. I wanted her to have a life but since she will not have a conversation with me (a real one) she will never know. Your step mom might like you just fine and if there is anything in the 'air' it might just be worry for you living so close to the edge. Some folks forget that they did so once too. I know I did but I remember.

Enjoy the visit and I hope you can talk, really talk. I think most of the world's troubles come from thinking you know what the other is thinking.

I bet they just enjoy your company.

UPDATE ON TIMMY!!!

I just got off the phone with Timmy and she is doing as well as expected and she wants everyone to know how much she appreciates the Pixie Dusts and prayers that have been sent her way and her families. Right now she needs sometime to sort through things and will be back with us soon but asked that I relay this message to all!!
