Happy (belated) Valentine's Day folks!!
Sounds if there was a whole lot of heartwarming things ahappening for you all.
Pooh, I could not wait until I was able to see what happened with you. When is your birthday? I am wondering how much longer I have to wait to see. You thought it was all about YOU?

I am so happy that you had a nice day yesterday even if it was not exactly what you had hoped for. It was not what you feared either. Good day.
Ants, three dozen roses? You think just like me -funeral like.

I would also mentally figure up the cost and cringe but that is such a nice thought. The fellow certainly seems to have the good sense to know when he has a good gal and that is very promising.
Ang, because of things that have happened in my past life I am always acutely aware of what is going on around me. I am very glad your friend is alright and heartbroken at the lives that were lost and those who will never be the same. We all need to be aware no matter where we are as I fear more of this sort of thing will happen, malls, churches, schools or anywhere the demented can find to get the attention they want. I propose a law that says that when someone does such a thing they are forever after referred to by a number and not a name and that just might stop a few of them from taking others with them.
Wic, well, did I look like you had imagined? I so enjoy meeting people I know only on line and since I only hang with the best folks I am seldom disappointed. I look like a fairly normal person (unless you look at my eyes which show a hint of rebellion and orneriness) but my heart beats to a different tune.
Mom2Evie, I have recently started wearing my LGM on my everyday purse as it occurred to me that I might be missing some DISers right in my own backyard. Not ALL Diser's know the Focker sign though, only the truly dedicated ones.
My doctor gave me a clean bill of health on the 'shingle' so I am cleared to go back to play with my kids. I was able to go to my grandson's basketball game last night as well. The rest of the medical things will wait until spring and better weather. I am relieved. The other good news is that my cap is now paid in and everything else will be 'free'. I will get my eyes done this year now. I am grateful for having our insurance and while it is not the best it is far from the worst. Going to paint over the bed today. It is a massive bed, very fancy. Best not drip a drop of paint on that baby as the sil has put dibs on it when I croak.
Have a great day all!!
Love, Linda Lou
