We are booked into POP Century (although we usually do Sports) so that we can help Pooh celebrate her upcoming wedding. Gonna be a WILD night!!!

If I should bring Tom it will be convenient to stay at POP since he can go to the food court and eat or go back to the room and sleep.

Nancy, I hear you. I make detailed agendas also and even add details in case it rains or one thing does not work out. Nothing left to chance for me!!! I had a doctor offer me a pill to cure that and I turned it down as I love being that way and so does everyone else who depends on me to do 'everything' for them. My dd is the same way but she would not admit it.


Not sure what the doctor is going to do as I am presently taking care of getting Tom's stuff done and do not have time for mine yet. I am severely anemic with no reason found and it causes a lot of side effects, weakness, tiredness, heart flutters, etc. Climbing up and down ladders is a very good thing to be doing nowadays.

Maybe this trip will be when I manage to get in that GF tea party that I daydream about???

SlightlyGoofy, sorry to hear about the anemia. My mom has that problem too and the doctors can't figure also why she has it. But she's not the kind of person either to keep her from enjoying herself with whatever she wants to do.


Are we having a tea party? I want one of those pastry swans I saw on the Travel Channel.

DH is going to be there to keep your DH company if you need him. It's funny but men older than him love him because he just sits and listens. I am just happy to hear you are going to be there the same time as me only we get in late on 8/29 now and stay till 9/8.

Glad you will be there too. Are you going to CM with everyone? I am looking forward to seeing how homeschooling is going for you. DH and I have about had it with the school ourselves and are debating if we should pull him after this year too. Only problem is he's in 7th grade and really into his social group and a girl he has become close to. How are things going for you? Hopefully, some of your stress has been alleviated.

Tell Kelliblue I am praying for her and her father. We enjoyed talking with her and her husband at the glow party last year.

Ang-it is been tough, I won't sugar coat. Our boys are 7 & 8 though, the school has been the focus of their life since preschool (3yrs old). We are doing so much in less time but I have my doubts about my own abilities to communicate lessons properly. Their only compliant is too much work and they miss their friends terribly. I have discovered so many wonderful sites for lesson plans, work sheets & activities. There is a home schooling thread going. When I locate it, I'll forward.
I am thinking of leaving our church, we have just built a new school. The dedication ceremony is this Sunday. It is so hard to be excited about it after the treatment the boys have had. I don't want my feelings to be inflicted on the church.
I appreciate the prayers for Kelli amd so will she.

Oh my gosh how is Kellie's Dad doing and would she mind me giving her a call? I do have her number. It always helps talking to someone else that has had a stroke maybe I can answer some questions.

Do you mean Sept. 7th CM then Mk and back to POP whenever. Yes we are having a scavenger hunt I guess and some other things going to happen I was told just to show up and find out what happens from VIXEN/XYZ - Vicki

I can't wait to go less than 2 weeks and counting then I will be on my way back home!!!
