Modifying waitlists?

If you modify a waitlist, either add or remove days, does your waitlist go to the bottom of the list?

(Sorry, I know this has been asked before, but I can't seem to locate the thread, searching doesn't seem to work today.)

I would appreciate any info.

Sorry, I just found a thread about it...I guess, it appears that you can remove days without losing your place, however, adding would put you back at the bottom of the list.

I was told by a CM at MS that you go to the bottom of the list if you change your waitlist. Of course another CM could tell you something different...
