modifying cruise?

Are you able to modify your cruise (change stateroom or change the date) online? I thought you would be able to but I can't find a modify reservation section anywhere. Am I just missing it or does it not exist?

Not online, only by calling.

I thought you could modify some things online now. Maybe it’s on the mobile app. Give it another try. If it works, it’s definitely a feature that wasn’t available in the past.

I have changed my stateroom a few times via the app. Most recently a few days ago. When I needed to change the date of the cruise a few months ago, I had to call in.

FYI - I know it’s a different cruise line but I had the option to modify my stateroom online for an upcoming Celebrity cruise and after I did I noticed a change on my balance owed. When I called they told me my promos changed to what was currently offered and I lost some benefits. Luckily they were able to change it back and I got to keep my new stateroom. So just kee and eye on potential behind the scenes changes

Did you use a TA? If so, the TA must do any/all such changes. If you booked directly through DCL you should be able to make changes online.

You can change your stateroom both online or via the app. You can also change your actual sailing to a new date (on the app at least) provided you have NO discounts attached to your reservation such as a placeholder or a residents rate.

Did you book with a no cancellation discount? I have 2 booked now one discount the other not. I have no option or button to modify anything on the no cancel discount cruise.
