Modifying a Split Stay

We have a split stay at WDW this November. We are thinking of not going. If something pops up on the website for HHI, we would love to do that instead. Not sure the best way to do this though. If I modify one part of the split stay, I won't be able to get all the nights, so I would have to go back in to modify the other part of the split stay to get the other nights. Those nights could be lost before I could do that. Any suggestions for the best way to do this?

Honestly, I am not sure there is if you don’t have any extra points to add additional nights without modifying the second part of your split stay.

There really isn't a good way to do that unless you have enough points to book what you want at HHI before you modify the WW reservation.

I'd do it very, very early in the morning or very, very late at night when the website traffic is down to minimize the risk.

I just thought of an idea That might work? Have two people working in the website at the same time and one person modifying one and the other modifying the other.

Never tried it so don’t know if it is even possible.
