Modify my Disney vacation to resort only

Hi.. We have a July Disneyworld vacation with tickets staying at Pop Century in July. I am considering a resort only trip and not visiting the parks. Can you tell me, can we visit other resorts? Do we need a dinning reservation? What resorts will be open in July.

August 24	Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort
September 21	Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
October 1	Disney's BoardWalk Inn
October 14	Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

Currently you need an ADR at a resort in order to visit other resorts.
