Modify/ cancel button missing on website?

I went to go modify my stateroom and I can’t do it online anymore? I also can’t cancel a booking even though it is with plenty of notice. Do we have to call now?

we just booked a new cruise a few days ago and didn’t get a great rooms so I went to check to modify because better ones opened up and I was also missing the modify button. Had to call. My older reservations are fine though. Seems like a glitch
