Loved this episode and how they nailed all the stereotypes! As for Little John, I'm guessing they chose him because he is one of the least visible characters in DL... Image if they had one of the more popular characters like Mickey, or Pooh or Goofy getting knocked to the ground? Little kids would probably remember that... No one will remember Little John... Most people don't even know his name!

The whole day wasn't busy. The people that waited outside at night, came in and the park was very quiet. This is when they did most of the filming.

At night the day was very busy, after they finished filiming in the outdoor areas.




They are quite rare to see in the parks.



A few of my comments.

One thing I liked was how empty Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln was, as it usually is.

That the dad got cotton candy, an untypical treat in DLR, though is available.

As a person with much DLR experience, all of the CMs in the background doing crowd control for the shooting are quite noticeable.

All the fans in the back of the scenes taking video and pictures.

Very tiny detail, Dylan the old boyfriend is a CM and walking in on the left side of Town Square. The CM gates are on the right so he should of been coming in the other side from Harbor.

I haven't seen the Dapper Dans on thier bike in a long time, and they weren't riding on the sidewalk when I did.

What kind of touring pros sit around home eating a big breakfast, and leave the park before night too?

skiingfast....calm down...i would shoot myself if i paid that much attention to detail...i just enjoy shows that have DL on them for what they are and dont worry about that other stuff...kind of takes the magic away and its not like we can see shows about DL every day

Although it doesn't seem like any of us noticed the "new advertising" as mentioned in one of the posts up-thread.

We saw the Dapper Dans on a bike several times in January. Maybe because it's slower and less traffic?

My first thought when I realized Dillion was a CM was that he wouldn't have been coming from that way.

I enjoyed the episode. One of my favorite shows and my favorite place made a great episode.

I thought the same thing, I even said that to my friends who are also huge Disneyland fans.

My biggest thought--they live so close to Disneyland that they can eat breakfast before they go (don't get me started...LOL) and they don't have annual passes? I just couldn't imagine it.

Also it probably was a bummer (or a relief for Phil) when they got to the Matterhorn and it was closed...

Great episode! So many fun Disneyland references. Too bad I came late on that day and I didn't catch them shooting anything.

Ha! My kids commented on the same things...they should have run to get a FP for Indy....they should be there at Ropedrop...don't they know Matterhorn is in refurb?
