I would definately change if money isn't an issue. There is always the chance to do the value at another time when money is of concern. I hear POR is awesome!

I am assuming someone was asking whether to stay in a moderate or a value. If money is of no concern, then definitely stay in the moderate. They are very well themed, very well furnished and landscaped, have great pools with slides, sit down restaurants, and tend to be quieter. We have stayed at PO-R and CBR and loved both. We will be trying PO-FQ in October!
