If it helps any, I've stayed everwhere exept the Swolphin, Saratoga Springs and POP and I haven't really noticed the staff to be any nicer at any of them.
Also, the difference between mods and values is, IMO, just room size and theme. Yes, the mods are prettier and the rooms are bigger. Not that big a deal. The big deal is the parks and they're the same for everyone.
Any day at WDW is a good day, whether you stay Value, Mod, Deluxe or (horror of horrors
) offsite.
