Mobile Orders - Food Allergies

One of my kids has a nut/peanut allergy. I know Disney is very accomodating with food allergies but I'm wondering if this care and awareness would carry over to the mobile orders at the various QS restaurants. Is there a section in the app to note food allergies or a special menu for specific types of allergies?

I think you have to order at the counter for special accommodations like this

Some quick serve locations offer allergy menus for mobile order. They're usually right at the end, sorted by allergen. We didn't have any issues with allergy handling in January and orders came out on the same allergy trays for mobile order.
