Moana is meeting at MNSSHP. We don't have tickets to the party, but we'll be there on some party nights, leaving before 7pm. Can we line up to meet her before we leave? At 4pm? Anytime before 7pm?

Only Party Guests are able to meet the characters who are meeting during the Party. They check for Party wristbands prior to guests being allowed in the line.
