totally agree, this person is probably jealous and insecure making herself feel better by being horrible to you, at least you that everyone here shares your obsession, real friends are not necessarily in the flesh! Gill

Your friend does sound jealous, just ignore any unkind remarks she makes towards your possesions and where you choose to holiday! She doesn't sound like a very nice person. I also have a friend like this, everything is a big competition to her but i just let her get on with it and try to ignore what shes saying but sometimes its hard and it gets to me.

It sounds like most of us have problems with Disneyphobes.....they really pee me off.

I've just come back from a weekend away with DD to DLP and have had grief about it at work. I haven't even mentioned it to any of my friends that I saw in the run-up to the trip. Couldn't bear to put myself through it all.

When I'm away from the situation I tend to think 'good. less crowds' but at the time it can be so hurtful.

Why do folk think it's ok to laugh and take the Mickey that we always do the same holiday ....err hello.....do I laugh at them for always going to the same place? No! So just go away (or words to that effect!).

Going to calm down now lol

OMG I could never holiday with her, she takes about 2 hours deciding what to chose to eat off the chinese takeaway menu. She could never make any decisions on holiday, it would be time to come home before we'd done anything. They take a lot of holidays at Center Parcs (which I don't get, too expensive for what you get) and Butlin like holiday camps (which is like a form of torture for us) so rest assured we will never holiday with them!
