MNSSHP - worth it?

I've never done it, always wanted to. Kind of costly at 300.00 plus for the six of us - just wanted to know your thoughts.

We are headed to WDW tomorrow. We have chosen to the the MNSSHP by the encouragement of 4 different friends and family that have been. They even have said that the fireworks and parade is better than the one's on normal park days.
I can't wait to go! We decided to not do park-hopper passes to cushion the expense for our family(of 5)
IF you pre purchase, you can save $5/ticket, not huge, but every little bit helps

My family of 4 and inlaws had a blast. You can get your wristband after 4 pm, so go in then don't wait until 7. At 7 the CMs will clear everyone else out. My kids rode rides over and over. The parade was great and seeing the other characters was a blast. Plus my father in law loved the candy more than my kids. It is different and worth doing at least once in your life.

We LOVE it and have gone 4x. Worth it, IMO.

Lots of fun just be sure to watch the second parade instead of the first, it's less crowded and there will be less lines for candy, rides, and rare characters (like Jack Sparrow).

Definitely worth it if you've never been! Sooooo much fun, for both kids and adults!

Agreed, my family really likes MNSSHP. The parade (Boo-To-You) is really well done and the fireworks (HalloWishes) are also very good. In addition to the parade and fireworks, there are dance parties, trick-or-treating (candy!), and meet and greets with unusually characters.

If you enjoy Halloween and you can swing the cost, then it's good to do at least once. I really enjoy it for the parade, fireworks, and really just the atmosphere. It's my favorite time to be in the MK, so much that I plan for a couple per trip. Of course, being solo, the cost of my 2 or 3 is still less than half of yours, so that does make a considerable difference.

So, to reiterate, if you've never been and have the time/budget, go for it. It's worthwhile to do at least once. If you can't swing it comfortably (time/budget), then it's not THAT big of a deal to skip .
