MNSSHP with a 12/13 DD

This will be the first time we have gone to Disney during the MNSSHP, we usually go the first week of June. DD will turn 13 during this trip and I was wondering if she is too old for the party? She already said she doesn't want to dress up. Is it worth the extra $?

My DS is 13, and will be when we go, and he's all over it, trying to figure out what costume to wear, etc. She doesnt have to participate in the Halloween activities, but it's a great time to be at the park since there are only a certain amount of tickets sold

Took my teens to the christmas party and to the halloween party. We all loved it that the rides were walk-ons. They do not even distribute fastpasses because they are not needed. They don't have to stand in trick or treat lines or long character lines and all that, but the rides, the atmosphere, special fireworks and halloween parade are incredible for all ages! And older kids can generally hang out till the very end of a late night.

You won't know unless you try it, and if you don't feel it's worth it, just don't do it again!

The kids we are taking with us this year are DD12, Niece12, DD7, Niece3, and Nephew1. The kids loved this party on the last trip and can't wait to go back. My DD12 and Neice12 are planning on dressing up as a Fairy, it's WDW even I can be a kid at 31 and dress up!!! Here is a link to my thread with pictures of MNSSHP, hope decide to go!!
