MNSSHP with a 1 year old

What do you get out of MNSSHP as an adult? Trying to decide if we want to pay for tickets. We will be there Sept 1st, myself, hubby, our 1 year old and hubby's cousin. We aren't planning on dressing up our 1 year old because of the heat.
 
I go for Boo To You and HalloWishes, both are exceptional in my opinion. It's also fun to see the elaborate costumes some come up with (I don't dress up, not my thing) and all of the attractions except HM are walk-ons. Most of the time you can ride more than once without getting back in line.
 
We go for the parade, fireworks, trick-or-treating (because where else in the world do adults get to dress up and go trick-or-treating for candy) and because of the shorter lines.
 
We went when DD15 was 3 and DS13 was 1. We went mostly for the decorations, parade, and special fireworks, plus a less crowded park.

We didn't dress up, but the kids were Tinker Bell and Peter Pan:
