Thoes of you who have been to both.
Which do you prefer? or do you like both equally? Why?
It just that the MNSSHP central thread has a lot more
replies than the MVMCP central thread.

I have been to both and I enjoyed both. We did MVMCP two year in a row (2000 and 2001) and then MNSSHP in 2002. We like MNSSHP but missed MVMCP and are doing it again this year (Dec 2). Then we've already scheduled another Halloween trip next year so we can do MNSSHP again!

If I really had to choose, it would be MVMCP. It has more to offer with the shows and cookies and hot choc and I LOVE Christmas.

My DH prefers MVMCP because he said MNSSHP was a little too scary (even though it really isn't) for kids and not as Disney as MVMCP, IHHO.

Maybe MNSSHP has more posts because it's coming up sooner?? People have more questions before their up coming trips?

I think many people who have been to both prefer MVMCP in the end but that's just from my observations here; I could be wrong. That's a good topic for a poll!!
;)

Just love Christmas holiday decorations and shows and snow on Main Street.:earsboy:  :earsgirl: :sunny:

I liked MNSSHP better. The trick or treat and all the people dressed up.

There must be more than 3 people who have an opinion
on this subject.

We've done both MNSSHP and MVMCP and prefer MVMCP over the Halloween parade.

Although I thought the Halloween parade was certainly nice, and the event was well worth the money, I thought the Christmas parade was unbelievable.

Just the simple fact that they make it snow on Main Street was incredible, but the parade itself was breathtaking. We saw it last December and I was soooo impressed with the parade, especially the marching soldiers and the Chip & Dale float (mmmm...the smell of gingerbread!!).

We were so impressed with the parade that we were going to buy tickets for the next night's MVMCP, but it got rained out :( .
