Last year, my parents (79 and 75) wore halloween t-shirts. Dad wore the one I usually wear to work on Halloween which says "This is my costume." Mom got to wear a regular Halloween t-shirt and the colonial wig that was supposed to go with my costume (didn't fit under my hat, which cost too much to ditch).

Does this party sell out of tickets? Should I order them online ahead of time? And what time does the party start? I thought it started at 7, but people are talking about 4?

A little further out in the Boston 'burbs . . . Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua had them this afternoon . . . they had quite a lot, too!

I went there just a couple hrs ago and got my 2 girls each a halloween bag!! Yippee!!! I can't wait. The entire family is dressing up as dalmations and I've begun painting the spots on our clothing...now I just gotta work on the ears and we'll be all set. My mom's going....maybe she'll get a Cruella wig?! Only 5 more wks to go til our plane trip down to the World for the first time.

Yes, some parties can sell out but not all. It's hard to predict which will sell out but Halloween night and usually those around it will definitely sell out. Some Fridays and various other nights that you cannot predict.

It officially starts at 7:00p. The festivities start at 7:00p but for the past few years they've let party goers in after 4:00p with just their party tickets.

I finally booked flights late last night. Had to hold off a bit to see if we could even go. Anyway, we will be arriving on Thursday. Only there for the weekend, but are definately going to the party on the 4th now. I worry about the sell out or close to sell out rumors....but am hoping that most of those people won't know what they are doing so we can zigzag around them! My agenda is short and sweet...hit the things we didn't last year. Like face painting, Tarzan, dance party and Jesse. Last year we got the Snow White pics and the Prince and Princess Pics and the Alice trail and Pooh and Eeyore. So I'm thinking we will be traveling more to the Left this year

Our DF is planning to attend our first MNNSHP on 9-22, but we haven't purchased our tickets yet. We plan on upgrading our tickets to AP's after we get to WDW(already got a tip to save $$ upgrading from Cheshire Figment).

My question is do AP holders buying in advance get a discount on tickets?
AND what is considered buying in advance? The day b4??

I was told the day before counts as an early discount. Not the day of. However on the Day of a P & P Party, I got the "day before" discount.

Is there a way to "bump" this message (so much goooooooooood info!) to the top of the MNSSHP thread so that it stays there? Maybe make a sticky out of it? Thanks, the info is very helpful. We tried to catch the headless horseman and never saw him last year. Didn't realize he came out 15 mins prior to the parade! Does he follow the same route? Is the area already clear when he comes by? As you can tell, this is the most important part of the parade for me!!!Thanks , Tricia
